Proof majority of the USA is Conservative
none, poll results: Fox News, Rasmussen Reports | 05/29/05 | Jordan

Proof that Democrats are left of the popular public is abundant. EVERY democrat is left of the majority of the populous, even some moderate republicans are, folks like John McCain and Joe Biden.

Fair, balanced polls show this abundantly, so do the only the polls that count, elections.

On the social security debate 51% say it needs to be fixed (opposit of most democrat's position) while only 38% want to leave it alone. Those numbers go up amongst younger workers.

Even a biased question on the filibuster debate (Do you support Senate rules change) draws numbers of 55% supporting it. Only 22% of Americans like the compromise developed by rogue senators.

The Republican party seems to have forgotten the record breaking 62million votes for Bush and have taken a back seat, not pushing thier agenda.

Why? Nobody knows, but it seems that during the midterms we need to get people who aren't afraid to govern like the majority they are.

67% want the military on the borders, including 62% of democrats,

77% of Americans want control of thier Social Security money,

only 16% of Americans support Kofi Annan, 64% support the military in post-war Iraq.

So we have overwhelming evidence of a conservative country yet the republican party continues to move left. It's quite obvious that congressman on the left, either are getting a ton of feedback from far lefties, or just pay no attention to the people. I want Republicans in office, I am a Republican, and I want Republicans to govern like Republicans, not like moderates. Lets give those on Capital Hill so much input that they will have no choice but to rule as the majority, and as conservatives.

The US is evolving into two conservative political parties:

1. One will be the big government conservatives that want the government to restrict trade, establish standards of morality, ect.

2. The other will be the freedom conservatives who want free trade, people to make their own choices concerning morality etc. [BTW, I don't mean abortion or gay marriage, but things like behaviors beteen consenting adults, smoking etc.]

Leftists are nuts. This is becoming more and more obvious to more and more people.

The Leftist strongholds--the Mainstream Newsmedia, academia, Hollywood, etc.--are in Full Panic Mode. They've believed their own propaganda for so long that they think their delusional paradigm is reality.

Like the paranoid psychotics that they are, they're ready to kill anyone who threatens to reveal the truth to them. Insanity of that intensity is dangerous.

Leftists are bonkers, but they're not just funny. They're downright dangerous.

Something tells me that the left will still "poll" it wrong for the '06 and the '08 elections and we'll all have to suffer through two more reprises of the left's mantra of invalid elections because their specially designed left biased polls just couldn't be wrong.

Repeat after me, like a mantra. Democrats hold a negative-eleven vote majority in the United States Senate. Republicans must get six more Senators (minus RINOs) to gain a majority. Harry Reid is Senate Majority Leader--and with good reason.

Get it? We [Republicans] do NOT have a majority, and we CANNOT govern like a majority given our minority status. [It's all in the arcane, byzantine Senatorial traditions.] We MUST get 61 Republicans (not RINOs, but including DiNOs).

With the death of one party another will rise in its wake. I'm just not sure of what that party will be.

You ought to take care not to give folks the erroneous impression that Joe Biden is a Republican, moderate or otherwise. He's not.

I don't see that at all.

I think the grassroots repubs are more against the flagrant misuse of everything by the dems than they are concerned about some social issues which should be handled by the states.

I contend that many Republican-hating Dems are conservatives but don't know it. I got into a argument with a good friend and co-worker who always votes for Dems and dislikes Bush .."the worst president ever" he exclaimed to me. My friend is also a recent Army retiree and served two tours of duty in Bosnia. He supports the war in Afghanistan but thinks Iraq has nothing to do with the war on terror.

"Well then, I asked him, what do you think about" and then I proceeded to name about ten different social problems plaguing the country. On every social issue I mentioned he sided with the conservative position (affirmative discrimination, gay marriage, etc). There are many more Dems like him, such as my parents, who don't realize that they have more in common with the Republicans they hate than with the leftist Dem elites who despise their conservative social values.

p.s. my friend, though very intelligent, like most Dems I know is very poor on facts.
