I am watching Greta on Fox as this moment...she is digging into this matter quite courageously.

MSM may have petered out...but Fox is digging in.

Wrong, I don't care about Tom Cruise or this. I just want Fox News to report news.

But, this is the *new* news, see. Up in 8 minutes, a live L.A. car chase. You won't want to miss it!

She's not dead and they won't find a body. I knew it the second they said the 26 yr old DJ was arrested and then the father. With the adults involved this has to be a white slavery ring. The DJ has the opportunity to spot victims or perhaps the kid went to him first. The dad has the business connections. Money is in an overseas bank, I'm sure. Poor girl is on her way to the brothels of Thailand or Brunei. Or possibly Latin America. One thing is for sure this was no spur of the moment "heat of passion" rape/murder. I think, this is worse. I wonder if Holland has the death penalty. Probably not. Shame.

I think she must do Botox or something and it killed every nerve ending in her face. I saw her in person one time about a year ago and couldn't believe what a stick figured nightmare she is. I think she weighs all about 90 lbs. with bones sticking out all over. She's like a walking compound fracture of the entire body. I know I'm not exactly Fabio but geez she's gotta do something.

I like Greta too. She's very analytical and askes good questions. Sometimes I can't believe some of the stories she wastes her time with though. She seems like she would be a good lawyer, but here she is obssessing on these stories. It's like she should be doing more important stuff. Is this what she really wants to do?

hmm, that could be the pre-meditated part -- dad provides the drugs ahead of time. we are such sleuths.

The guy from the boat is a friend of Joran's and I believe Natalee actually met Joran on that boat. I'm assuming he'd met her.

I thought she met him at the casino.

I'm going to tell you what happened that night. Bama girl was party heavy...fairly lit up...when Dutch-boy-wonder bumps into her. The two Aruba locals....having transporation...carry Bama girl and Dutch-boy-wonder out to the beach and leave them. Bama girl and Dutch-boy-wonder have a grand time on the beach...although she is mostly drunk (and likely high by this point too)...and then she wants to walk into the water. Except Bama girl doesn't come back out of the water. Dutch-boy-wonder is sitting there on the beach...waiting...and waiting. And she never comes back out. Dutch-boy-wonder gets scared...calls dad...who comes out. Bama girl never reappears. Dad tells the boy to just shut up and everything will work out...no body...no charges. They cook up a few details and ensure that the Aruba locals tell their story. The only issue that they miss is the video camera at the hotel. As for Bama girl...a naive girl...drunk and likely high for first time in her life (at her mother portrays her as the lass of innocence).

I can say all of this because I grew up in Bama and know how stupid people really can be. If Dutch-boy-wonder keeps his mouth shut, and the father doesn't say anything...it'll be practically impossible to get a murder conviction...especially without a body. Dutch courts don't convict without facts, and in this case...there are only a handful of things you can be absolutely sure of.

Some reports have said the son is pretty wild, and spent a lot of time in the casions--supposedly drives a fast car, even though in Aruba, he's too young to drive.

I haven't heard of him having a car. LE sent two vehicles from the Sloot home, out to be tested. A jeep and an SUV. I'm not sure which one is 'faster'.

It's one thing for Greta to have her daily "All Crime All the Time" Hour, but I wish the other shows would give the story it's 3 minutes per hour and then move on to serious matters.

Was thinking of something like that too. Maybe she wanted to go out on the boat. The guys took her out then the boys went into the cabin to fix more potent drinks or something and while they were in there she fell off the railing of the boat and drowned or something. So when they came back she was just gone. They being young and dumb go home and say nothing cause they're scared. But what now? If you know the law or how things go down there will they just sit in jail and rot or what?

While I wish Fox didn't have to be so persistent, I am glad they are because if I were in the same position, with a missing daughter or son, I would be creating as big a stink and pray that the media take an interest because of two reasons - being in a foreign country and the suspects being well connected and rich.

I'm not sure I'd call any of the rich. I also wouldn't call Deepak and Satish 'connected'.

finding the truth may prevent others from the same fate.

Warning young women to stay in groups and to not go off with newly met males would help, too.

If the girl was fat and acne-pocked the airtime would be far more limited.

Probably so. There were 3 young children missing from NY? or NJ? recently. I can't even say which state, they've had so little coverage.

Dutch law rules in this situation. Unless you have a body or a confession from someone (even the two Aruba guys might count)...this can't truely go to a Dutch court environment. If she went out to sea...I'd forget about the body element in this case. You simply have to wait for the Dutch kid or his dad to break silence. The connection of the DJ is curious...although a boat angle may be correct. After the Aruba guys dump the girl and guy off...they are out of the picture totally. You are left with the Dad (which is unclear what he did), and this DJ (another curious connection). Perhaps the girl overdosed and Dad got the DJ who has a big boat...to go and dump the body. Being a authority on Dutch law....he knows you can't convict without the body. And maybe this is what actually transpired.

Don't count on ever knowing the conclusion of the evening in question...you might as well work on the Jimmy Hoffa case if you think this case will be cracked.

And who bought him the fancy sports car that he's too young to drive?

You keep saying that. Do you have a source for that info? I haven't heard anyone say he has a fancy sports car. In fact, the boys were in Deepak Kalpoe's Honda the night Natalee went missing.

There was plenty of coverage and those three children were found dead in the trunk of a car on the property of one of the parents.

It's conceivable that the entire permanant population of the island could end up in prison.

FOFLOL

But, there's no crime in Aruba! /sarcasm
