Churchill strikes back (advocating that Officers be fragged)
O'Reilly .com ^ | June 29, 2005

Anyone catch this?

Ward Churchill continues to outrage people with his inflammatory remarks, including support for fragging Army officers in Iraq. What are the limits of dissent in America, and have people like Churchill crossed the line into outright treason?

Can we start rounding them up and dealing with them yet?

I heard it. Hard to believe, isn't it? Disgusting excuse for a person.

Let us turn this around. What if someone suggests that students frag nutball professors?

What we need is a network of conservative colleges. We need the market to place appropriate pressure on these nutcases.

I saw it and I still can't believe this guy is making 100K a year. I also saw BORe taking apart Wesley Clark's not-so subtle partisanship. I'm beginning to think that FOX hired Weasley because he's such a good example for exposing the looney Left...especially if he attempts another run for the presidency. There's nothing more potent than having a video archive of someone's real thoughts.

Interesting you mention that. I want to become a professor. And, eventually, have my own university to rule as my private fief.

Errr...

I mean...open forum for discussion of social justice...? Come to me, little lefties...just a little closer...Now sign on the dotted line! Mwahahahahaha! Say hello to classes on Western classics, not on the damn and damned useless critiques of Western classics.

He's making more than 100k a year. If you investigate him, you'll notice he gets paid 3-5 k per speaking engagement nowaday because the negative publicity made him famous.

Frankly, the one who should be fragged is Churchill! The least that should happen is a kidnapping by "What Not To Wear" complete with haircut that doesn't make him look so totally inane. His looks really speak louder than words--and, after what that guy has said, he must look pretty bad.

Seriously, no one should be surprised by this guy. In fact, I think he is your typical "Howard Dean/Moveon.org/Michael Moore" Liberal. Call it what it is - the viewpoints of many in this country. I will not call them Americans.

What are we going to DO about him? Ridicule and ignoring him don't cut it, folks. We try that all the time, and where does it get us?

It must really be miserable to be Ward Churchill. To hate your own country that much. To feel compelled to express that hatred every day. To have to make outrageous, hateful, and hurting remarks in order to get attention for yourself. And then to have to rely on effete academics and syncophantic student groupies for your income. It must really suck.

you're absolutely right. my first thought is...get everyone....bloggers, freepers, media, whatever...to make sure that everyone understands that ward churchill, howard dean, michael moore, are all interchangable. once the left turns on ward, he's done. but right now, they love him. either way, i think we HAVE to get people talking about it...not ignoring it.
