ask them if the kid would take me for a ride in his Corsair. First of all, the story doesn't say how old the kid is.
He may not be able to even say "Corsair".
With your luck, he probably flew Wildcats.

I was thinking along the lines of a Kingfisher, you know those truly ungainly, unglorious amphibious planes. Why is it everyone assumes the kid was a fighter pilot!
(sarcasm.....really!) ...I think

This story has been going on for three years. The little tyke is probably getting to the point of having his own life about now.

"He mentioned that Corvairs always got flat tires." I thought they'd pretty much worked through that deficiency by the early '60s...

You're talking about the network that had a prime time special about UFO's.

About half my relatives believe stuff like this. I have an uncle who says he served in the Civil War (he's just not sure which side). A cousin who says she's buried in one of the Egyptian pyramids. Another relative who channels some guy from Atlantis. A niece who thinks she was Father Serra. On and on. This story seems almost normal to me....Except I never believe any of it!

I didn't think Corsairs flew off of baby flattops, either.

to believe in reincarnation would be to beleieve that God made a mistake the first time
We have a perfect God
We know He does not make mistakes

Why would reincarnation indicate a mistake on God's part?

"I didn't think Corsairs flew off of baby flattops, either." Good point...all I could find during a quick googling was from webscavenger...
"At war's end, Corsairs were ashore on Okinawa combatting the Kamikazes and flying from fleet and escort carriers.

"Well if George Noory has signed off on this, then it has to be true. He's not one to entertain kooky notions or weird guests, now is he?"
I detect sarcasm. You mean you don't believe George's stories about shadow governments and not-supporting-the-war-but-supporting-our-troops as well as believing that the President started the war for his own purposes? That George "doubt-America-first" Noory?

I know Carol Bowman - she is not a crackpot per se - but I don't buy into all of her theories. She does have documented cases. One of my children fit into this category until she was almost five and now she is like any other kid. Ms Bowman asked my permission to include her in a book but I decided against it. I am not into reincaration. I can't explain the why or what was going on with my child - it was very real but history now.

You're right. A loony liberal friend of mine thinks she was the daughter of Akhenaten.
