No they are smart. Putin knows he can't win a war against the U.S. so he is busy arming our enemies who will have the job of attacking us while Putin sits and drinks his vodka.
Just doing what russia does best...arming terrorists.

They are not nuts. They are evil. They have been huge supporters of the Iranian nuclear program and ballsitic missle program.
The Russians created modern terrorism and are still behind, it, but now they have to be much more covert, because they are playing "good guy". So they have helped Iran set up as an unattackable nuclear power, so they can serve as the base of worldwide terrorism and not suffer regime change.
We don't have allot of friends in the world now days. I think the Russians try to keep us busy on the world stage.
They don't seem to be concerned at all about rogue states gaining nuclear technology, that's always puzzled me. They have had their own radical islamic problems for years. Go figure.
NEWSFLASH! The Cold War never ended. It's just being fought by proxy for now. They need our capital and technology to rebuild for their next blitz. Communists are stubborn and pragmatic.
