Dear All,
We have run into a few problems in the past few days and I would really like soem pray support on this. First the girls are ok, but they had problems maintaining their body heat and are not yet able to eat a complete bottle. I HATE having to see them fed through a tube. But this is common with premees. The real worry is my wife, she had a epidurial for the pain. And now she has trouble moving her left leg. Also she is in pain from it. The doctor say it most likely is just an inflamed nerve but they are keeping her for another day or two to make sure there is no nerve damage. This obviously has us worried a lot.
And also we would again like to thank you all for your support and prayers during this. Thank you and God Bless.

My prayers are on the way for your wife. May the Lord grant her restoration of movement in her leg. May He also help the twins to thrive. Amen
Body heat is common. My son was 7+ pounds and had that same problem. Prayers for you all.
Best to you and your family.
We were told my daughter could not come home until she could take a bottle and weighed 5 lbs.
She soon took to the bottle and came home at 4 pounds.
Prayers to you and yours.
Prayers sent.
Also, from my experience, women will demand Epidurals earlier with each pregnancy. By the time for our third child, my wife was demanding that her doctor give her an epidural for conception. :-)
Prayers for your wife...I've had similar troubles from an epidural after the birth of my one year old...it went away, thankfully, and I will pray that your wife heals soon.
Prayers for your beautiful girls, and you as well.
Please do not apologize! I pray that this difficult time is soon behind you, your wife recovers quickly and you, your wife and your sweet girls are all home together. Please keep us posted.
Prayers for your wife and beautiful family. Birth was the most dangerous part and they've come through! Prayers for you all - now trust God and modern medicine. Please keep us posted. Vanities like these I never mind ;)
Be well.
Bella
never apologize when asking for prayers!
You've got mine.
I will NOT respond to this post 'til you give us pictures!
P.S.--prayers for the sweet, new innocents...
Prayers sent, but I'm saving a few to be dispersed over the next couple of years. My twins kept me so busy that I always tell them that I don't remember them before they turned two! :)
You and your family are in my prayers.
May the Lord place His healing hands upon your babies and your wife for swift and complete healing and upon your heart as well to ease your fear and concern.
No problem. Prayers up.
My son born 35 weeks and 3lbs 6 oz did not eat full oz until a good month old in a sitting. I must have fed him 30 times per day. He is fine as I have told you in your prayer threads before. The hard part is over, those babies are going to thrive before you know it : )
I must have missed the thread announcing the birth of the twins. Congratulations! and please know that all of you are in our prayers.
They never tell you about all of these complications ahead of time. Probably for good reason! As someone who has seen his fair share, my prayers are with you, your wife, and the new little FReepers. It's no fun going through these problems, but it's worth it in the end.
Prayers are inbound.
