The point I'm not missing and y'all are, is not about whether a crime was committed or not, but that Karl Rove was leaking this crap to the press.
No that is not a point it is simply a RATmedia LIE which you seem determined to swallow despite it being caught time after time pushing similiar lies. My guess is you believed Dan Blather's TANG stories as well.
Rove has been very open and above board about what he told the reporters and freely gave them permission to reveal him as the source for the information he imparted. That hardly sounds like a man trying to hide his actions.
