Well we have 13 teams signed up and need only 7 more to fill out the 20 team league. Join the fun, I've tried to make this a simple as possible for all newbies, me included. Rules and info below.

Nope, Yahoo has all the players ranked. All you have to do is rank the players you want. Then when the draft goes, if your pick is available, you get it.
If the player is taken, you get the next player ranked.
