9 may have voted in 2 cities - GOP checks those who moved from Milwaukee
Milwaukee Journal Sentinel ^ | 8/9/2005 | Greg J Borowski

On the same day Republicans sent a bill for a photo ID requirement to Gov. Jim Doyle for a third time, the state party sent evidence to investigators Tuesday that suggests at least nine people who voted in Milwaukee last November may have cast ballots in other cities, including Chicago and Minneapolis.

At a Milwaukee news conference, party leaders - including the sponsors of the photo ID bill - said the findings of duplicate voters here and in other cities add a new urgency to reforms.

They also called on investigators, who already have charged nine people with voter fraud in the city, to expand the review to include the new scenario....

While the party did not release names or addresses, the city lists three voters at the house where the news conference took place: Stuart and Gayle Schenk and their son Joseph, who moved to Chicago last August.

Both Stuart and Gayle Schenk said Joseph did not vote in Milwaukee or request an absentee ballot here. Gayle Schenk said her son is in Chicago studying to join the Franciscan order of the Roman Catholic Church....

This is a follow-up on the Republican Party press release posted earlier. 'Tis good to see Greg Borowski is back on the case.

Tell me again why we don't need a photo ID up here in the land of cheese and beer (an unexcerpted part says that Gov. Jim "Craps" Doyle will veto it a third time), or anywhere for that matter.

This should be made a federal offense, if its not already. Someone should wake up the snoozers at the Hoover Building.

The feds are what's driving the prosecutions up here (9 so far). The scary thing is, if Ketchup Boy won, this would have been swept under the rug like everything else has. Both the local district attorney and state attorney general are 'RATs that have proven time and again that they value party instead of law.

For every ONE they can prove, there are 10,000 that get away with it. That is why they MUST throw the book at the ones they catch. Let's put some of these multiple voters in prison for 20 years or more and throw away the key. Of course, some will say "That's racism!" Conyers will protest. But, if they've been double voting, we have to make a lesson to others who'd otherwise do what the dems order/pay/encourgae them to do in the next election.

Our wussy governor threatens a third veto on voter ID under the guise that the poor people would find it more difficult to vote. Try buying alcohol or tobacco without an ID.
Plus the state would provide free ID’s for people that don’t have one and can’t afford it so what’s the big deal?

The big deal is the democRATS couldn’t win in Wisconsin without fraud.

AND...

We need to get rid of "motor voter" and election day registration. End voter registration several months before the election like it used to be. We'd have to work on that on the local/state level. I don't want the Feds to impose those kinds of things. The Feds would only screw it up more than it is.

Thanks, RC.

Glad to see this. Funny how when you turn over a rock, a Democrat slithers out from underneath. ;)

Funny how voter fraud only matters in states the vote Republican (Florida and Ohio) and not in states that go Democrat (Wisconsin and Washington).

"Both Stuart and Gayle Schenk said Joseph did not vote in Milwaukee or request an absentee ballot here. Gayle Schenk said "

Maybe someone who knew they had moved voted in their place? Their butler was probably a disgruntled union member.
