When I visited Mexico's west coast, all I saw was demolished buildings and rubble and coconut palm trees. They probably had no insurance...
They will find out when it gets there. I guess they don't have the money to measure things such as air pressure inside the hurricane's eye or max wind speed. I didn't find any weather website talk about this hurricane.
