The other actor is talking about circumstances where observedbehavior has been dumb, stupid, disengenuous, etc. Bob Hope then says, "..Oh like Democrats?"
Hope was born in England and came to the United States, became a citizen and eventually very, very rich. Did you know that besides Golf he was a baseball nut who once owned the Cleveland Indians? He was a friend to many Presidents during his life time but did not compromise his political beliefs for party loyalty. He wasn't afraid to call it as he saw it and his ad libs could cut to the quick!

If you're using Windows Media Player you can save it to your
HD.Just play the clip and,as it's playing,click on "file"
(upper left) and then click "same media as" and then click
"save",and voila...it's in the folder that was displayed
as you clicked "save".
