Make Cindy Run the Gauntlet--Schedule and Info for Sheehan Bus Tour
Bring Them Home Now Tour (Cindy's Circus) ^ | 30 Aug 05 | Me and the Cindy Circus

Posted on 08/30/2005 9:14:37 PM PDT by Mr. Silverback

Scramble, scramble, scramble! Freepers man your planes!

Fifth columnist forces are inbound to your sectors!

Tomorrow, three separate bus tours will leave Crawford and carry Cindy Sheehans worshippers all over our fair land to denigrate our troops in many new venues. Only you can stand up against the sort of people who call Al-Qaeda in Iraq "freedom fighters."

The schedule appears in post 1. I will post new information as I find it.

I would also like to take this opportunity to announce the launch of Operation Hero. This Operation is an effort by FREEPNORAD to ensure that all attempts at troop abuse by the fifth column are counter-protested. Although this will cover any effort to denigrate their sacrifice, please note that the Sheehan bus tour and the Fred Phelps Pig Parade (holding "God Hates [homosexual reference deleted] protests at soldier's funerals) are major targets at this time.

Eagles up and get kills! These heros deserve whatever we can give!

“Build them monuments of marble, surmounted with statues of Victory. Cut their names in enduring tablets of stone. Tell of their heroic deeds in story, and sing of them in song. Keep their memories green in our hearts forevermore. And yet we will not pay one half the great debt of gratitude and love we owe.”--General Smith D. Atkins, Dedication of the Stephenson County Soldiers' Monument, 4 July, 1871

Thanks to Earthdweller for her help with this (and for standing against Phelps' pigs at a soldier's funeral in Indiana!), to LibertyRocks for the original Phelps heads up, and to MO1 for posting this schedule in another thread and alerting me to these enemy movements.

By the way, if you look up further in the thread, there's communication between me and mouse about his(?) intel, and the location is included in one of the posts. The leftists got DeLay's address wrong and were ticked about it, ad they also changed the date.

There are three bus tours. All left Crawford today. Cindy is on the Central tour, but will leave it before the weekend to go on speaking engagements. There is also a northern and a southern tour. As I said in post 151, since Cindy is not on the tour after the first few days, it seemed like a better idea to just l;ist the cities chronologically; one bus full of Sheehadis is the same as another.

That is a right handy list you have there Mr. Silverback.

I attended a Ted Nugent concert this evening with the intention of passing out handouts for doing a counter-protest.

I learned several things:

1. Go early so you can catch people on their first trip to the beer truck.

2. Make the type on the handout nice and big. Ted Nugent fans tend to run to middle-aged types and no one brings their reading glasses to a rock concert.

3. Do not put Cindy Sheehan's name anywhere on the handout except maybe in 3pt type at the bottom. Somehow her name jumps out at people and they get mad and throw the flyer on the ground. Bikers get really mad.

one bus full of Sheehadis is the same as another

Bus full is surely wishful thinking on their part. After a few days, I doubt the driver will have much company.

Ironic that a woman who has abandon her ailing mother and children believes she's qualified to tell other parents how they should react to their loss.

I decided at the last minute to go because I've gotten so fired up about these nincompoop protesters.

The condert was great! I was standing in line to buy a ticket and was given a free one by a youngster who was there with his dad. They liked my USA shirt.

The opening band was House of Heroes which gave me the inspiration for a new Walter Reed sign.

Nugent Nuggets:
"Act Like a Buffalo - the Spirit of America.
The Buffalo runs into the storm, not away from it."

LOL!!! Definitely not a good idea to upset a biker - especially on their 2nd or 3rd trip to the beer line, huh? (o:

I'll bet that concert was awesome though! I found out a little while ago that Ted Nugent went to HS just a block away from where I grew up. I am too young to have seen him around the neighborhood though!

Take care Flora, and thanks for your help!

That's what happened when the Million Mom March twits did a bus tour. Hardly anybody rode the bus, hardly anybody greeted the stops, and the few press reports I found were commnetaries from liberal columnists. I guess the columnists saw that there was no reporting on the event on the news side of the house and decided they had to talk about it. It was a lot of crap about "Jane Gungrabber will never forget the night her son was killed by a pistol wielding gangbanger, and she wants to honor him by leaving law abiding citizens defenseless against pistol wielding gangbangers, blah, blah, blah," the usual tragedy pimping.

But like I said, it fizzled so fast we didn't even bother protesting it.

How about a photo of our soldiers in Fallujah along with photo of Cindy Sheehan with the group Code Pink who gave $ to the insurgents right before our troops took the city?

and the sign reads Grieving should NOT excuse Treason

The boy is definitely not PC. I'm gonna have to go to confession after singing along with a couple of his more rowdy songs.
