A copy of the Able Danger chart that identified lead 9/11 hijacker Mohamed Atta as a terrorist operating inside the U.S. a year before the 9/11 attacks is clearly visible in a video of a 2002 speech by delivered by Rep. Curt Weldon to the Heritage Foundation.
The Pentagon, the 9/11 Commission and the Senate Intelligence Committee are currently seeking evidence that the bombshell chart, featuring a photo Atta, ever existed - as claimed by three members of the Able Danger team, along with Rep. Weldon. But so far, no physical evidence of the controversial document has surfaced.
Until now.
A third of the way through his May 23, 2002 address on data fusion techniques, the video shows Rep. Weldon unfurling a copy of the now missing document and displaying it to the Heritage audience.
"This is the unclassified chart that was done by the Special Forces Command briefing center one year before 9/11," he explains. "It is the complete architecture of al Qaeda and pan-Islamic extremism. It gives all the linkages. It gives all the capabilities. . . ."
Though Weldon never mentions Able Danger or Atta by name - and the video never zooms in on the chart to the point where Atta's photo is identifiable - it's clear from Weldon comments that the chart is the same one currently being sought.

Sandy Berger?
Weldon needs to be given maximum media exposure in the ramp-up to Saddam's trial. Puts the Clinton adminstration on trial and reinforces the travesty of the Gorelick Wall. Also exposes the 9/11 Commissars. A beautiful lead-in to 2006 and a supermajority...
Look for the chart in the classified federal archives next to the steel front doors from Mount Carmel.
Can you share the begin/end times when the chart is visible? Much appreciated...
"Puts the Clinton adminstration on trial"
I have seen bits and pieces of this story, but don't really understand the partisan angle (maybe I'm missing something?). Surely any action that wasn't taken by the Clinton administration continued to not be taken by the incoming Bush administration?
You might want to use your ping list for this.
Until now.
I believe the Senate and the House, which includes all their attendant committees, can hide more facts and cover more rear ends than anyother group of liars and theives that exist in these "fact hunting bodies" today.
It is sickeningly predictable anytime these committees are formed to purposefully to do exactly that!
As the NewsMax full article states, it's about 34 minutes in. When the video pops up, pull the progress bar to about 33:30 and then let it catch up and play from there (hope you have high-speed).

"I have seen bits and pieces of this story, but don't really understand the partisan angle (maybe I'm missing something?)."
The wall between Able Danger (military intelligence) and the FBI (domestic law enforcement) grew and was maintained by Clinton admin apointees despite very strong worded warnings from Mary Jo White to Gorelick and Reno.
Excessive liberal policy to protect US citizens from invesigations from military inteligence singling out US citizens. Unless *they* being the clinton team decide its something to persue. SO the built the wall and compartmentalized. Though its more complicatedly worded then that, thats the jist of it the way I understand it. Sounds like typical liberal concerns right?
But I dont buy this completely.
Some think that the Clinton Admin was doing this to protect themselves from its China dealings.
I believe this wall was erected to protect Clinton from china-gate. Everything was about Clinton back then. Nothing was for concern for anything but himself. That policy seeped into everything federal and Clintonites are still there today. We still see it going on at the CIA.
Around 24:35, Weldon talks about a 1997 plan to create a National Data Fusion Center to analyze classified and unclassified data and set up collaboration among 33 Federal agencies responsible for classified data. Weldon put language into defense bills in 1999 and 2000 to set this capability up as the National Operations and Analysis Hub (NOAH).
At about 32:20, Weldon talks about Special Forces Command in Florida setting up a mini version of the NOAH capability and putting together a 3-hour briefing for General Sheldon. Weldon says he received as much of the brief as they could give because some of it was being used as the Afghanistan operational plan.
He introduces the chart at 33:33 and it is displayed starting at 33:45 and ending at 34:27.
For those that have not already read the interview by GSN with Colonel Shaffer, linked below. I really think you should go to site and read it. Bookmark it for future reference. It contains a lot of interesting paradoxes to this whole issue. It contains no political motives as best as I can see.
