I was listening to the "top of the hour" news on ABC radio affiliate KGO from San Francisco at 11:00. They played the Dershowitz quote that described Rehnquist as an activist judge and other negatives. Of all of the things that could be said about his long career - that was all ABC could come up with - a cheap shot by any measure

I was watching the foxnews channel when it happened.I too was gratified that Hannity,Levin,and Napolitano(?),pulled no punches with Dershowitz.

What a pathethic creature,on live tv,to act so cheap.If fox ever allows him one more second of airtime,they have lost me as a viewer.
