Please, several of the white, productive residents of NOLA who had the means and the sense to drive away when the President begged you to, should return to the city and drown themselves as a mandate of affirmative action and common decency. I presume they forgot about the three hundred plus buses the mayor did not order to evac all those people?
They chose to stay and now pay the consequences and Biloxi was hit far harder than NO. Yet no looting, raping and killings there.
I have no compassion for adults who fail to exercise common sense. I do for the "little children" who suffer, because of an ignorant mayor, governor, and their parents who chose not to leave.
