Rush Limbaugh in Broadway Katrina Benefit (Tues. Oct. 18th)
News Max ^ | Friday September 2nd, 2005

America's most listened to talk radio host Rush Limbaugh will hit Broadway next month with a one man show to fund relief efforts for the victims of Hurricane Katrina.

"Rush on Broadway" will open for a one-day-only performance on Tuesday Oct. 18 at the New Amsterdam Theater on 42nd Street.

The show will feature a special introduction by ABC Radio host Sean Hannity. Tickets go on sale Tuesday, Sept. 6 at 10am.

Plans for Limbaugh's Broadway debut were apparently finalized late Thursday - the top talker made no mention of the production during his regular midday broadcast.

However WABC - his flagship station in New York - began running commercials for the show Thursday night.

.....and isn't it interesting that while Jane Fonda is planning a blame Bush tour, Rush is doing a fundraiser for the victims.

Rush is playing a recorded show tomorrow for Labor Day. I wish he would scrap that and do a live show or have a guest host. We need to start hitting back against the MSM right away.

IMO, not good.
It would come off looking like and ridiculed as a Jim and Tammy Revival.

(Remember: Just IMO.)

What??

Rush is extremely good on stage, having seen him in his Rush To Excellence tour.

Secondly, he is far more intelligent and talented then the Bakkers.

Maybe you just do not like Rush?
