Can she not send some Louisiana state employees down to help in a constructive way with the body count? What a useless, PC programmed, cronied local " pol" she is.

Can't she just call a special emergancy election to get the dead to vote? Then all she has to do is round them up. Let the dead come to the polling place. They are good about voting!

Maybe she's worried they won't all get registered to vote

She's got to do it. Over ninety percent of the dead voted for her in the last election. In fact, they pushed her over the top.

Can somebody please tell me what is the role of the state governor when there is a bunch of dead bodies in her state?

I think that she is supposed to concentrate on weeping and blaming others for the problem.

"She's got to do it. Over ninety percent of the dead voted for her in the last election. In fact, they pushed her over the top."

Now she's got to climb over the top...of their bodies.

Gov Blanko (blank-0h!) killed them with her need for an additional 24 hrs to make a decision, when Pres Bush said he was ready to go. Pres Bush's taking responsibiliy for the slowness means he should have rolled over that idiot with a steamroller.
Blank-OH wants the bodies retrieved so she doesn't feel guilty seeing them decompose where she left them when Bush asked her to MANDATORY EVACUATE BEFORE THE STORM. Blanko and MayorMental need to be charged just like St. Rita's owners.
IMHO, Gov Blanco and Mayor Moron didn't work with Bush because they were democrats trained never to cooperate with republicans.

Here's a novel idea Blanco...instead of constantly complaining about one thing or another...get off your fat a$$ and do something about it...that's what people in authority are supposed to do!...

Didn't she need 24 hours to think about it?

I am watching a remarkable performance in the HOUSE tonight...you have Kendrick Meek, a rep. from Florida...

and he is waving around this letter from Pelosi and other dems to the Comptroller of the United States, demanding a COMMISSION to look into the accountablity of who was at fault in Katrina...

At the same time, he is saying that these hard working people in NO were FORCED to steal and break laws because of Bush's economy....

YET, on O'Reilly tonight, he said that in 1996 Clinton spent 100 something BILLION on social programs for the poor, welfare, medicaid, health care...etc.., which at that time was 11.7% of the country's budget...AND, that is why President Clinton came to be known as the "first black president"...because of all of the help he "gave" to the poor...

BUT, in 2004, Bush's budget spent over 380 BILLION for the same programs, which is 12.4% of the budget...and yet people like Jesse Jackson, Al Sharton...and ole Kendrick Meek on the HOUSE floor, are blaming BUSH for the poor people in NO>..

It is like the DEMS and the MSM have JUST DISCOVERED that there actually ARE poor people in cities...

WHY wasn't Kendrick and his buddies helping before now...

He also said that he and others in the Cong. Black Caucus are going to VISIT NO., and ALL of the sites that the victims have been shipped off to...to make sure that they are "being taken care of properly"....

GACK

Maybe the ghosts of the dead are visiting her at night and she's in a hurry to 'lay them to rest'.

A guilty conscience is a terrible thing to sleep with.

She's the new Lady MacBeth, IMO.

My big question is how does Blanco get away with sitting on the sidelines and complaining about what "OTHERS" are doing, when she is the Frigging Governor of the state?

Hey Blanco, the living deserved respect before you caused their deaths. She is just PO because FEMA can't collect bodies faster than she and the mayor let them die. Those bodies laying around might even make the MSM muse as to how they got there.
