No, really.
As much as I dislike Carter, Gore and Kerry. I do not believe any of them would have been the disgrace that clintin was.
Clinton will always be the worst President in the history of the United States. Then Carter. As for Gore and Kerry I would say it is a toss up but...Kerry would probably get my vote for 3rd. Gore was just plain dumb and never listened to himself. Only advisors all the time.
