I tend to agree with you. However, I still think that Watts will not deliver anything or hardly anything to Allen. I see Watts in the Cabinet, not in the VP slot. Who knows, maybe McShame would accept.

I know. Add to that the damage done by a couple decades of crap which has passed for an educational system and of course the MSM and the Clintons have got a petri dish ready and waiting for their unwholesome and truly virulent brand of 'politics'.

The reason things never change is because so many people say "things will never change"

If the GOP nominates Rudy, we may well find out.

No way that Allen puts Watts on his ticket...why? Watt does not add any balance regionally to the ticket. Allen will get the nomination (sorry Frist) but the Vice-Presidential pick will go to either Mitt Romney (MA), Rick Santorum (PA), or Condoleezza Rice (CA)...how about Jeb Bush (FL) or Rick Perry (TX)?

What the...? A man from Texas provides balance and a man from Oklahoma does not???? And a fellow Senator from a next door state provides more balance than a guy from halfway across the country???

That don't add up...

Geographic balance is SOOO last century. Bush/Cheany had no regional balance, neither did Clinton/Gore.

Idelogical balance is far over-rated as well.

On the other hand, Watts brings a different sort of balance...youth for one, and race for another.

And don't dare say that race shouldn't matter if you are angling for such an insignificant factor as geography.
