Thank you Dr. Limbaugh. These words should be minted in gold, and placed on a bookmark for a students who care, and not just feel, about the future.

Now ponder this...

And ponder this...

It's time to call liberals... by their proper name... VILE!

Limbaugh is a moron who found a schtick.

If he lived his life like he wants others to live theirs, then he would be worth half a listen.

True.

But not everyone can bore a few folks on seldom seen chat-sites with pictures from their dive vacations and pearls of wisdom that reach less than a dozen malcontents.

So I guess he's stuck on AM talk radio with 20 million listeners.

Not bad for a moron.

Limbaugh nailed the Liberal mentality in his brief articulated synopsis. In a way, I wish he that had not given the reason away because some Democrat will come alone and decide they have to act the part until elected. For example, Clinton brags to this day when talking about how he found the answer to winning.... he studied, read and ardently followed President Ronald Wilson Reagan but look at what we got. Clinton learned how to win elections but he certainly did not respect the office of the presidency or truly care about the people of America.

I think we are safe in that liberals may well read what conservatives such as Rush say. The problem for the libs lies not in the fact that they can't lie about the agenda they have for this country to the citizenry. The problem for libs is that if they do lie to gain the support of moderates and some few conservatives then they lose their looney-liberal base. Which is why you'll never see another president Clinton. Hill can't win the primary without moving hard left, and she can't win the general election if she does move to the left.

I think most conservatives who listen to Rush do so just to reinforce what they already believe. The problem is that Rush, probably for commercial reasons, "compresses" 15 minutes worth of information into three hours of entertainment.

It's schtick.

I hate to admit...I disagree. Unfortunately, I think Hillary could try to give center appearance and still win the primary. She would take some crap, but there would be enough in the MSM that would cover her back by not covering bad press.

Here's the nut though, I don't think she can resist. It is too tempting for a Lib to stroke their loonies now and then because.....deep down she's a loony as well.

Rush restates the obvious. Most know, and you are right when you say he preaches to the choir, what he is oging to say or where he stands. But it brings the faithful together. We listen and we beleive the same thing. He states it in an elegant fashion. He prioritized. This the left can never do. He can do it and still be enetertaining so that people cant wait until the next broadcast. Most who 'listen' to air america, (where it is playing), go through the motions of listening. In other words it is on as a show of support for their cause, but they dont listen or beleive.

I love it that the Left despises Rush Limbaugh but beyond that I have outgrown (not smugly) him. The only time I listen to the radio is when I'm in the car and I've found that listening to C-SPAN Radio (DC area) is more enlightening. Failing that, there is always music.

Talk Radio is a very rough and competivive business and I believe guys like Rush and Hannity are looking over their shoulders at a number smart folks who are coming up. The "15 Minute" theory is real. Some just have a longer 15 minutes.

I think the case is that Rush isn't speaking to the choir so much as he is speaking to people who may be undecided on an issue, or have no particular opinion on a given subject.

I see your point, but I'm not sure a lib couldn't lie like Clinton to win. Hillary can't do it, but some smary ass just might be able too.

There is no way the looney left is going to vote for a repub.

"They never attempt to educate or inspire the have-nots to do better and move up or prosper, and that's because they don't believe it's possible."...... IMHO, the Achilles heel of the left is this "soft bigotry of expectations" defined by the President. They will force misery on others by denying them opportunity. The Left truly finds its own political opportunity in the misery and misfortune of others, and is not shy about creating as much of it as they think they need.

Rush has nothing else to say. Liberals are bad and Bush is good.

I have lost the tolerance necessary to listen to him say the same thing over and over.

Savage is my choice of conservative hosts. He wakes up in a different world every day. My very liberal friend, Jack, said "I hate Michael Savage!"

I asked him why he listened to him, if he indeed hated him.

His reply was fairly unique. He said, "because, sometimes he is on my (very liberal) side.

Michael Weiner wakes up in a different universe each day. It is a universe where only he knows The Truth and yet, he is furious that no one is following his prescriptions. No matter which side of the political equation he is promulgating on a given day (or hour), Michael is angry, whining and depressed.

Rush is consistent. He understands that a message must be repeated in order to be comprehended.

I got the message Rush is sending back in the 80s. I listen to him occasionally, now. Michael *Savage* has only one consistent message: anyone who doesn't listen to him is an idiot and he will not waste his time on him. He is just a self-involved bomb-thrower and I do not even bother to turn to his show. If, by chance, I hear some of it because someone else is listening, I leave the room and find something productive to do with my time. However, it is becoming a rule in our house that radio talk shows are listened to on earphones.

As you stated: sometimes he is very conservative and sometimes he is very liberal. He seems to not know if he is afoot or horseback.

Rush is correct here, in his spotlighting of exactly what the leftist want to do. You can find their plan in lots of places, mostly where you wouldn't really notice...

A terrific example of the leftist mindset on poverty can be found in the Ten Years After song, "I'd Love to Change the World." There's a line which echoes exactly what Rush is saying. It goes, "Tax the rich, feed the poor, till there are no, rich no more." The rich are a class that must be eliminated. They don't say anything about raising up the poor. If their intent were to really help the poor, the line would have been written "till there are no, poor no more."

I believe that it's because the leftists need the poor in order to keep their power. They don't really want to solve the problem of poverty, just keep the poor where they are, hopefully adding to their numbers, and getting them to vote. Eventually, with the guidance of "the annointed," the poor will vote themselves the money of the rich, and the leftists into power.

Mark

Evidence of what you say was all too apparent in the pictures from NOLA. Thousands and thousands, conditioned to sit and wait for the goverment to 'take care' of them. And we ALL saw it.

The media has been spinning like a dervish to convince we really DIDN'T see it.

5 The vile person shall be no more called liberal, nor the churl said to be bountiful.

What book are you reading from?

oh! the 16th century King James the King.

A better translation would be :

NASBu Isaiah 32:5 No longer will the fool be called noble, Or the rogue be spoken of as generous

Look at the Matthew Henry Complete Commentary on this subject:

These passages clearly define today's liberals in their actions and intentions. They no longer should be called liberal but rather... they should be called by their proper adjective ...vile.. These villians should be identified clearly.

I stand by my statement:

The vile person shall be no more called liberal

I think that this states it clearly, from Isaiah 32:5, there is no better translation than this..
