We have decided to throw a “Welcome Home” gathering for Deborah Johns and Joseph Williams – TONIGHT! (Sunday, September 25, 2005) and we need to build a crowd of well-wishers at the Sacramento airport to show these two how much we appreciate their efforts in this week’s national “We Support Our Troops And Their Mission” bus tour.
Here’s the details:
*Tonight (Sunday, September 25th) at 9:40 PM we will all gather at the Sacramento International Airport – Terminal A to greet Jet Blue Flight #323.
*The news media has been invited to cover the return home of these two heroes of Northern California from Washington, D.C. where they both spoke at today’s giant pro-troop rally before several thousand supporters.
Folks… these two people gave up a week of their life to endure a grueling bus tour across the nation, waking up each morning between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM and going all day and evening long… stopping at over 20 pro-troop rallies across America.
Let’s take one night to give these two the heroes welcome home that they deserve.
Please, help spread word of this welcome home reception. We only have a few hours to get the word out, so let’s build a big crowd!

Count me in! I wish I could have been in D.C. today but I'll be at the Airport! What should I bring? Just myself? A flag, what?
I'd bring a flag - great idea. I am also going to try to pick up a modest bouquet of flowers for Deborah. We have to shower these people with love, they give us their sons to fight for our country and then they keep fighting for the cause even when it makes an imposition on them! Should be good to be there tonight.

Our Move America Forward tech team has gotten an email to start going out alerting our Northern California supporters to this reception and urging them to come on out! Let's see if that doesn't help build us a crowd.
