Two wounded in attempted holdup at Tacoma auto parts store

Two people were wounded Thursday morning in an attempted robbery at an auto parts store at 72nd and Portland Avenue in Tacoma.
Police gave this account:
A man with a gas can came into the Schucks Auto Supply store and began to fuel a motorcycle on display at the store. When a clerk asked the man what he was doing, the man pulled a gun and ordered the clerk to hand over money.
A customer at the store then pulled a gun and ordered the robber to put down his weapon. Instead, shots were fired by both men. The robber was wounded, as was another clerk in the store. The customer was not hit.
Both wounded people were taken the hospital.
An update on this story will appear when more details are available.

Again, concealed carry by citizens deter crime. Knowing Tacoma's corrupt PC politics, the citizen who tried to stop the crime (armed robbery) will probably be prosecuted to bankruptcy and do hard time. Tacoma is a hard blue city, run by socialist Democraps. That's why everyone who has a brain moves outside of the city limits, where it's mostly red country.

I could be wrong, happens once in awhile, but I could have swore I read that Tacoma has "use a gun, spend a night in jail" policy, which basically means you're getting booked for "investigation of" even if you will never have charges filed.
