Someone once explained that the Grand Jury doesnt usually hear murder cases. So maybe this is more in connection with drug dealing or abuse.
No, it is the same pornography issue. The subpoena was from the postal inspector.

We don't know. My sons Andy and Jeremiah have been called to testify today at 1 p.m. in Cedar Rapids. We're thinking Noel. BTW I posted a similar comment yesterday and it was removed. It was a reply to another post which is also gone.

I just hope that Noel is taken in for the porn, she knew about it, why else would she hide the drive??? Her story keeps changing to, first it was a virus that downloaded it, then it was Andy's brother, then she didn't know about it at all.what's the real story???
