"What race?"
From gaspar's comment in post #17 --
"Russia is an oriental nation"
and
"The fact that Russia has intelligent scientists means no more than the fact there are intelligent scientists in Kashmir."
Asians and Indians.
And Jews (since that is the Russian population in Brooklyn) although I have problems with defining Jews racially.
And when an insult is based entirely on criterion assigned to a racial group it is racist.

I beg to differ, err agree or something in that sort.
The UN has morphed into a worthless organization due to their worthless enablers the Democrats.
Democrats and their ideals are as worthless as tit's on a bore (male) hog.
Democrats don't have a real leader in their midst that has a bit of common sense.
Democrats have the morals of a Harlem pimp needing a fast fix.
Democrats are bad for America, nuff said.

Russia does have a long and proud history. No country is like Russia, however. Occupied by successive empires (Mongols, Swedes, Poles, hell, even the French and Germany for a time) has built in a certain heard headedness when they feel they are 'talked down' to. The Russians feel that the UN is ordering them or telling them to do something. They feel that they are not being taken seriously. They feel the the UN threaten their self interests and are trying to dictate how they run their own foreign policy.

Rather sounds like another group of people: Americans.
