My research on the subject? Your kidding right? Like I said before, the act of a dog or chimp is not the same as two humans or are you saying that humans are not above animals? Animals are not homo they dont care what they stick into - if that was the case then how many lesbian animal species are there?
One more for you Ive seen a dog will hump a tree - what does that make him?
"There is a lot of ignorance posted aboput homosexuality"
Would you like to inform us Mr. Enlightenment? I know I would like to hear your intelligent viewpoint.
no
" Good Lord no, but I do expect a follower of Christ to emulate Christ as closely as possible."
Oh yeah right (sarcasm) give me a break. We all fall far short of the that. We are saved through faith and faith alone. Deeds are our fruits of faith, but all are human except Jesus.
What he did was right, he called the act an abomination and used the term subhuman which is really and insult to animals.
Bill Bennett was talking about Duquesne on his program this morning. It seems another Catholic university did something very similar. He thinks it's appalling. You made a good (nice use of sarcasm) point about adultery clubs and so on... also a woman called up on Bennett's program and was referring to the varied comments one hears on FR and other places about just going with the flow on these things so we can all be lovey-dovey and show Jesus' love and she talked about how John the Baptist was murdered because he told the King that taking his brother's wife was wrong. I believe we need to stay strong and not waver on these issues.... it's preparation for things to come and it's going to get worse.
Amen. In the old days, people told other people when they were doing something wrong. There was shame and guilt. Now, those are 'old-fashioned'. Hence, people won't tell other people they are doing something wrong. Therefore, there is no longer a sense of right and wrong in the "community". Even the bible is not allowed to tell people they are doing wrong.
So we end up doing anything that is not 'illegal'. And, we have people trying to make more and more things 'legal'. So, eventually it becomes 'do whatever you can get away with'. And if you get caught, tell them "who are you to judge me?"
