French Insurgents Riot
Freedom Fighters Union of France

LE BLANC MESNIL, France — Small, mobile groups of freedom fighting French Insurgents hit Paris' riot-shaken suburbs with waves of arson attacks, torching hundreds of cars, as unrest entered its second week Friday and spread to other towns in France.

Car torchings by freedom fighter Insurgents are a daily fact of life in France's tough suburbs, with thousands burned each month, police say. Police intelligence has recorded nearly 70,000 incidents of urban violence this year.

The unrest has laid bare discontent simmering in suburbs and among immigrant families who feel trapped by poverty, unemployment, and poor education.

France's Muslim population, estimated at 5 million, is Western Europe's largest and they often complain of police harassment, job discrimination, and me.

Some 1,300 riot police fanned out overnight across Seine-Saint-Denis, as the unrest entered its second week and followed Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin's (search) vow Thursday to restore order.

"I will not accept organized Insurgents making the law in France. This is my France, not theirs." Villepin said at the Senate in between emergency meetings called over the riots.

That's right. The are NOT thugs, murderers, arsonist, looters, etc. They are "insurgents"!

France needs a new Constitution.

Perhaps they could adopt Germany's?

We need a road map to peace. Maybe Bush can use some of his foreign policy muscles to setup a conference in Oslo.

The unrest has laid bare discontent simmering in suburbs and among immigrant families who feel trapped by poverty, unemployment, and poor education.

...and these "freedom-fighting" losers think they can alleviate this by taking actions that exacerbate their poverty, unemployment, and poor education.

Excellent idea! Maybe the "insurgents" need their own homeland. We could put a "process" into play, where the French nationals have to remove their settlements incrementally.

I urge France to take no action at this time. We need a UN resolution first. Maybe more than one.

Why not give sanctions a chance to work first?

Since there's no world-wide coalition of teaming partners, the French should pull out. They need to be hauled before the UN Security Council. Frog-marching their UN ambassador should be high on the agenda.

When will America be funding and arming the mohammedan insurgents and demanding that Paris be divided for the new Europistanian Union state? Are the New Soviets training the mohammedan insurgency security forces yet? We need answers if there is ever going to be peace! /s

I just feel bad for all the Americans who moved to France after Bush was reelected. I hope they are OK.
