I came out with dark brown hair, incredibly fair skin, and red highlights in the beard.

One of the more interesting traits I recently learned about is that redheads need more anesthetic and pain relief (for surgeries, dental work, etc.) than non-redheads! Who would have known? No wonder it took my then-6-yr-old so long to come out of his anesthesia after an MRI.

I've also read we are prone to bleed more during any surgeries. A couple of surgeon that I have worked with have confirmed this with me.
