How I'm Going to Show Arnold My Love (ARNOLD ILLUSTRATED)
November 7, 2005 | Cinnamon Girl

Posted on 11/07/2005 8:18:10 PM PST by Cinnamon Girl

Californians are acting like such total idiots lately it makes me seriously think about moving. Why did people vote for Arnold if they didn't want him to make the changes he said he would make?

Arnold Schwarzenegger is already wealthy and famous, what does he need from being governor? The attacks from the unions? The accusations that he's mean spirited and hates teachers? The daily nonsense of the complete morons in the legislature?

He must have believed he could really make some changes and help the state. I think it's possible that tomorrow a lot of people won't bother voting and that Arnold's propositions could win if enough of us are motivated to get out there.

Here's what I'm doing to vote more than once tomorrow: I'm offering to watch my friends' kids so they can go vote with the help of my filled out sample ballot. I don't buy into the phony MTV rhetoric of 'get out the vote' as if no one cares how you vote as long as you vote. I care. So I'm here for my friends who want to vote properly.

Go Arnold!

This is the kind of idiotic campaigning that goes on around here. 'Arnold's against the kids!' Yeah.

What a genius. If someone hears a democrat debate the issues, let me know.

Look everyone, it's Mr. Meathead.

The unions have a strangle hold on this state. Soon, California could be like France, consisting only of government workers, spongers, and the extremely rich, with no private sector middle class.

Someone please ask this teamster if he can even explain what these propositions are that he is opposing.

It would be so great if, after all the money the unions have spent to fight him, Arnold's props passed.

Well between the massive amounts of money in which the special interest has been pumping against Arnold and 3rd party hardliners trying to push Republicans to eat their own. It hasn't been a good year around here.

Do you think Wornout Beatty is going to run? He's been making a bigger fool of himself than Meathead lately.

Well somehow people had their act together enough to recall Davis and vote in Arnold not so long ago.

Mark my words...within 20 years the state of California is going to be bankrupt. Arnold can at best delay that by 5 or 10 years.

Beatty is a clown. And he's trying to futilely position him self for a political carrier, since he knows that his acting one is over.

The democrats and unions spent practically 20% of a billion dollars for their outcome on the propositions.
Their ads swallow up anything the other side can do.

Arnold is doing alright and IMO he is trying to bust up boxes as he said in the past.

Many people are not informed and the other side don't want to lose their hold over power and money.

Even today I had a person who claimed to be an off duty fireman knocking on my door telling me to vote against propositions. WOW, haven't seen that one before.

IMO, what we do is take any proposition that does not have out outcome and then again we gather signatures for the next election and have another vote.
IMO we get two benefits here, first we make a change if they eventually pass and as we wait for them to pass we get UNIONS and DEMOCRATS wasting their energy and hundreds of millions on defense instead of on running liberal candidates and making donations.
That's how I see it, make them spend themselves into the ground.

Sounds good, that strategy won us the cold war too. :)

Power to the people! As long as they're union members, right?

20 years, Hell, think big,, I give 'them' 5 years.

When Moderates seek to reform things, be very cautious.

Does the name John McCain ring a bell.

He is the consummate 'reformer' these days.

But the (M)ilk that prance around this forum could care less imo,, All they want to do is Just Win, Baby!

To hell with who is going to have to pay and pay dearly for their delusions of grandeur. ;-)

I am so sorry. I really thought there might be hope for California. If they could just find the courage to TRY some of Arnold's ideas, they would probably be pleasantly surprised. They all want their share, it's O.K. to cut spending as long as its someone else's program. Just don't even talk about cutting their's. So sad.

I give the Govenator credit for taking on the unions.
If the third party types don't back him up we will be
union run from top to botom.

I saw waters driving out of a McDonald's in her Mercedes the other month. The site of the old sour puss nearly had me lose control of the car.

She is a true be-otch IMO.

The other benefit to this is ANY discussion with voters will cause them to eventually become educated about the real facts of issues. That would destroy liberals in many cases.
