Intended Victim Puts Rape Suspect In Hospital

A rape suspect is in critical condition after being fended off by his intended victim.

Police Special Victims Unit Captain John Darby says when the 30-year old woman said no thanks, the man forced his way into her West Haines Street home and started to rape her in front of her two year old child.

"At some point she was able to talk the male into interrupting the attack so that she could place the child upstairs in the bedroom in safety."

That was the moment she needed. She went away with the child and came back with a knife which she plunged into the man's chest.

Police say ran off and collapsed on the street where police escorted him to Einstein hospital. He's expected to live to face charges.

Hope that she has a Brother or Dad close by in case this loser gets the 9TH Circus Treatment and "HE" becomes the Victim.

I'm sure if "I" did the right thing (to him), they would find a needle for me, Justice seems to be more expedient to those that wield it outside the "proper channels".

When you grow up in the hills of east Tennessee, you learn early on how to outrun and outsmart cousins, father-in-laws, and a host of other predators.

However, a knife would be a good weapon. But, in the absence of a knife, a good kick in a sensitive area can produce instant results -- instant enough to give one time to get away :)

Make sure your wrists can handle that much bullet first. If your assailant is a few yards away and not charging, a .22 will sufficiently discourage him.

Good to see that you're not making the same mistake a buddy of mine did; he got a .500 Colt Python for home defense purposes. That's pretty ridiculous, unless you expect your home to be invaded by an 18-wheeler or something.
