Freeping a man who must decide if another man should receive clemency is about the most disgusting thing I have ever heard.

It seems to me that if the governor grants clemency, he will in effect say that the death penalty should be repealed for it is no longer "operable" in liberal CA. It would make no sense to keep the death penalty law on the books if this individual is granted clemency.

The California State Supremes have given Arnold cover.
They decided NO so he can decide NO with a clear conscience.
He brought this dilemma upon himself.
He's got very little chance of being elected again, if he even runs.
