Another dig at O'Reilly and Christmas. Incredible.

Agreed but the writer went out of his way to work his anti- O'Reilly/Christmas feelings into this story.

Well... he is right, you know. Here in Jacksonville, FL (Skynyrd's Hometown) the Stars and Bars aren't really rare.

And Freebird is too damn long! There! I've said it!

This is barely Lynyrd Skynyrd. I believe only one original member remains.

This is barely Lynyrd Skynyrd. I believe only one original member remainsNo, there are two original members (Gary Rossington and Billy Powell), and Gary Rossington STILL has the WORST guitar tone I've ever heard out of a vintage Gibson Les Paul. He needs lessons from ZZ Top on tone.

"Rickey Medlocke--didn't he use to be the lead singer/lead guitarist for BLACKFOOT long ago?"

Yes.....and their "Train, Train" is still one of THE best rock songs ever recorded, hands down.

Even has a guest appearance on it by the late, great Cub Coda of Brownsville Station (that smokin' harmonica solo in the middle of the song).
