When I become a papa myself...i'll do my utmost to ensure that the Decline continues...while teaching my young guns the value of firearm care, safety and responsibility.

"The Teletubbies have a better kill rate than Joe and his comrades."

One word: I. Feel. Discriminated.

I wonder if they're planning to protest all baby dolls TRU carries. After all, each one of those babies promotes a pro-life agneda.

I made a US Army servicewoman cry in the airport this past weekend when I told my toddler to go up and hug her and say "Thank you".

YOU are THE REAL SANTA CLAUS for sending your "little elf" to do such an admirable deed.

My 4 boys have been doing nothing but playing laser tag since school got out. I have to buy another set because they only come with two guns. Any parent of boys knows that a stick becomes a gun or a lightsaber. Just more feminization attempts by the left.

Exactly what I said to my wife. Next they'll want to outlaw sticks.

What is it about old women that they feel like they have a right to lecture the rest of us. (I'm an old lady so I can do this rant.) The same subset were the Carrie Nations types. It's absolutely true that the true fundies are not necessarily the church ladies (although there are a bunch of those types too) but the hard left libs. We had a Christmas party on Sunday and as people came and left it was "Merry Christmas" except for my daughter's new mother in law who pointedly said, "Happy Holidays" to everyone in a sort of disapproving tone and when my granddaughter and I said a little prayer for the poor bird that flew into our deck door, she had a very sour look on her face. Weird... I'm sure it made her uncomfortable that I had a refrigerator magnet with a great picture of our president. Oh well. I also have about five nativity scenes in the house this type of year... no, make that six.

Only on the TV programme. When my friends and I played with our GI Joe toys, there was much devastation - Cobra "insurgents" were piled like firewood.

Yup. My Seven year old, took a small pants hanger with clips, turned it upside down, and clipped a strring stick for a 5 gal paint can to it (getting the front back proportions correct) and runs around the house blasting things to kingdom come with his 'machine gun'.....

You are so right....My lefty sister-in law didn't want her two boys to have guns when they were growing up. They would make their own out of broom sticks and 2X2's. It just drove her nuts. Her oldest went to West Point and now commands a tank group out of Ft. Hood and his younger brother is a cop in Houston.....all I can say is boys will be boys.

I read about that. What's the source of that report?

I also read about it...pretty common knowledge for those that care.

Right! It's like the "truck gene." You know, when very little boys instinctively(or so it would seem) enjoy playing with trucks and such.

I saw a young boy pick up a rifle at Disney World and carefully aim it under the watchful eye of his father. I was impressed.

We played Army all the time when I was a kid and we grew up not shooting each other for real. I think the toy guns made us appreciate what a real one could do. Now, kids gave real ones and don't appreciate not wanting to be on the business end until it's too late.

I dont know if I can make it over there, not yet at least.

I did see some toy rifles and pistols w/ gun holsters, along with cowboy hats at our local HEB grocery store.
Imagine that.....

Thank goodness.....

Sorry ladies... but little Johnny doesn't want to play with betsy wetsy... and no matter how much your inability to grasp reality grows, it isn't going to change the facts.
