Democratic congressmen, James E. Clyburn of South Carolina and now the vice chairman of the House Democratic Caucus, along with Bennie Thompson of Mississippi, now the senior Democrat on the Homeland Security Committee, were flown to the Northern Mariana Islands in the mid-1990s, paid in part by Jack Abramoff.
Retract all 'campaign finance reform'. . .
CNN reporter was sure to implicate the "Bush Administration" today in his report. I believe he said something to the effect of "how far this reaches into the Bush Administration is yet to be determined."
Perhaps George Soros paid their debts for them. . .and of course, no doubt these debts were paid in a timely fashion. . .these rats really know how and when to cover their backsides. . .

Thanks for links and info. . .just what I was looking for. . .
No spin there. /sarcasm
Do either of you...or anyone here know what the supposed LIVE program on C-span re: Abramoff is supposed to be about??
It says a LIVE call-in show...which doesn't make sense..since no one knows anything yet...Abramhoff just pleaded guilty today...
I am confused...
Words mean things. Conservatives know this.
There was no reason to bring up the executive branch, yet you did. Why?
And in case you missed it, Karl Rove isn't guilty of anything either.
You loony lefties can be SO amusing.
Thank you for those numbers, they put a smile on my face. The only thing is I'm afraid that because so many dems are also involved it will end up a white wash. These guys are very powerful regardless of party.
Not sure. My Dish Network has "Tonight From Washington" listed at 8PM, but no program info.
Besides, Penn State is playing, so I'll be there! 8^)
They are like a pack of wolfes going after every little thing a Republican and/or President Bush does. HYPOCRITES! And they wonder why their ratings are so bad.
Example: Wilson/Plame (desk jockey/MSM "star") leak = bad, National Security leaks = good.
I disagree, they have no incentive to get the big donation if they cannot run for multiple terms. However in order to keep them halfway clean it needs to be against the law for them to take "leftover" contributions with them. Either it can go back to the state or national party of theri choice. As it is they build up huge piles of money to take along when they retire.
