The Jerusalem Post today became the first Israeli newspaper to publish the controversial Danish cartoons depicting the prophet Muhammad that have sparked furore across the Muslim world.
A facsimile of the original page from the Danish paper Jyllands-Posten, in which all twelve cartoons were published, on September 30, is featured in today's edition of the paper.
The image is one column wide and about two-and-a-half inches high, on page six of today's paper, in an article about the weekend protests against the cartoons across the Islamic world.
It is also available on the Jerusalem Post digital edition, available to paying subscribers only, but not on the paper's free-access website.

Phew, good...that should calm down the muslims!
That's a stick in the eye! Bravo!
Now they'll want to kill Jews! Oh... nevermind....
Hoo-Baby!
Thats kinda like opening up a butchershop inside the Lions den, doncha think?
Well I guess this means the Muslims won't like Israel anymore.
LOL....good one.
Good for the JP...wish our MSM editors had the same kind of b*lls!
If Muhammed has never been depicted, then how do they know the cartoons are of Muhammed??
Well, at least the muzz-scums can't make threats that are any more violent against Israel than the ones they have been making for decades.
I hope they are posted all over the world. . .would love to see them on the cover of Time/Newsweak. . .(sure). . .print them often. . .every day. Perhaps in their frenzy. . .these religious nazis will self-destruct or give us an excuse to do it for them.
No, no. They'll just raid the Israeli embassy in Tehran. Oh..nevermind...
LOL and 'right'. . .
bttt
Ruh Roh!
"If Muhammed has never been depicted, then how do they know the cartoons are of Muhammed??"
Don't know if you are joking or not, but I seriously would like to know the answer. How can they tell when an image is Mohamed or just a generic Arab looking guy?
Our strategy should never be to "calm down the muslims", because that shows fear and submission to their terrorism. The good thing about the insane muslim reaction to these cartoons is that it shows the world the cartoons are accurate, and this can only serve to unite and strengthen civilized humanity against these emotionally stunted, medieval moonbats.
They should publish them right next to some of the cartoons published making Jews look bad. Fair comparison.
