What Is It With Democrats And Funerals?
polipundit ^ | February 07th, 2006 | Lorie Byrd

What is it that makes Democrats incapable of controlling their hostility, even during funerals?

Especially during funerals.

Rush Limbaugh just played a clip of today’s “Wellstone Funeral moment” from Rev. Joseph Lowry in which he raised the issue of weapons of mass destruction in the Coretta Scott King funeral, then talked about how not enough money is going to the poor.

I know I have seen figures that indicate that Bush has spent more on some programs for the poor than Clinton did, but it wouldn’t matter if he had spent ten times more.

Facts don’t matter.

This is pure theater, folks.

Can you imagine how the media would have reported a Republican using the Reagan funeral to make the point that Democrats were wrong about communism and that they are just as wrong on terrorism?

Fortunately we have a President with more class in his little finger than the entire Democrat party.

Following the Lowry comments, Bush gave him a hug.

Show 'em a stump and they just can't resist. If I had been the organizer of this event, with the goal of commemorating the life of Ms. King with the dignity, decorum, and respect she deserved; I'd be highly dissed. Lowery and Carter hijacked and cheapened it. Mr. Carter never fails to dissapoint.

Democrats and funerals.

They hate George Bush. They fear the next funeral he attends will be their parties.

I remember as a child reading a book about a pet owl. In one scene, it flew through an open window into the middle of a family dinner carrying a dead skunk it had caught.

But the scene I remember was when the kid's dad and uncle were out crow hunting and the crows wouldn't come close enough to shoot at. And then, on his own accord, the pet owl jumped up on a fence post.

From then on, the crows didn't care that they were getting blasted out of the sky as they flew in. They just wanted to get at that owl.

And today, Bush reminds me of that owl and the Dems remind me of those hateful dumbass crows.

They are the ones who are dead but don't realize it yet.

To answer your question, I will quote a wise old friend,: "They ain't got no couth."

But, that's apparent, isn't it?

Post 17 is worth repeating:

"Democrats are now coarsened by their culture, frustrated by failure, blinded by hatred, and motivated by lust for power. They are also insulated from reality by their own ideology as reflected back at them by the Media that share their illusions. God help us if they retake control of our government in their present state."

If Hillary or her ilk get the presidency with the mindset displayed today at L. King's funeral, they will wreck our American society and economy. It will be worse than ten 9/11 attacks.

All Democrats should attend funerals, preferably their own.

The Democrats will say whatever it takes and do whatever it takes to get and keep power. Nothing else matters much to them.

Carter uses religion for political purposes. He is the one who proclaims to be a great christian. After watching his insults and lack of manners today at a funeral, I have lost all respect for him. He is the kind of Christian who turns people away from the church.

Well, I wish they were stupid. It would make work for we conservatives much easier if that were the case. The black leadership is actually very smart. They've been exploiting their constituency for over forty years now and their worst fear on nightmare is that they will lose their power and control over their black base - which is actually what's happening. That's why their tone has become so shrill and hysterical. However, the more shrill they get, the more irrelevant they become. So, let'em scream!

I use to look at Carter as a bumbling misguided man who was in over his head during his Presidency. The last ten plus years have revealed him to be a demented Marxist, hell-bent on re-writing his legacy at the expense of the American people. He must be the role model for the likes of William Jefferson Clinton... it's all about them.
