I have not seen another movie get so much free press than any other film since "The Last Temptation of Christ", which was a total bomb. Without this free, constant, press drumbeat to see it, no one would waste their time on this film. Narnia OTOH was ridiculed by certain parts of the press (Polly Toynbee, etc.) and did not have even a smidgeon of the exposure this crap has. For the most part, from what I have heard, this is a bore and mediocre movie that is getting fast tracked by the Hollywood gay mafia who want to push their deviant agenda.

By contrast 20 years ago, "Platoon" was the highest grossing movie at $140 million, which was 1986 dollars.

The problem w/ this movie (okay, one of probably many) is that even straight men who aren't opposed to gay men doing what is it is they as long as it doesn't concern them, don't want to watch gay men doing what ever it is that they do.

A very long time ago, there was an online talk radio station called Talkspot. It was mostly conservative hosts like James Golden, however there was one liberal hostess, Erin Hart, who had the author of this article on. He proceeded to say, without an evidence, that conservatives actually had more perverted sex lives than liberals. Given how unlikely it is that a conservative would give such an obvious left wing bigot the time of day, we can treat any statement he makes as being a lie until proven otherwise.
