I just heard from a local radio reporter (during Rush newsbreak at approximately 1:00 p.m) that Whittington "may have taken a turn for the worse," and was put back into intensive care.
Press refers to Cheney as the *shooter*....like he's a perp....
Just the way she talks. I saw her having fits about Hugh Jackman, and then comment how too bad he's married. Later he came on the show. She could barely contain herself. To say that privately is one thing but to say it on national tv is trashy.
Brit received an email from me today too:) I thanked him for being the last voice of reason in the press...and asked him WTH is going on with the media :)
Perhaps today I had a bozo moment.

That's NOT his job -- and might well be a violation of Whittington's PRIVACY.
That is exactly correct, per the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. Not only should the White House not be giving out medical info on a private citizen, it is illegal, unless Mr. Whittington has authorized it. McClellan should tell "Prissy" Gregory and his gang to STFU or get lost.

Mr. Whittington needs to be transferred by lifeflight to Texas Heart Institute and have the folks who write the books on this kind of injury take care of him. If a 78 year old man becomes fragile because of hypostatic pneumonia, sepsis, increasing his myocardial infarction, or deep veinous thrombosis or any of a lot of potential complications, he need to have the talent where he is located. Better to transfer now while he is in the best shape, than let him deteriorate, and then transfer him in extremis.
I am glad I have to go back to work before the evening news. I am not sure how much more of this crap I can stomach!
