The Vice President has given an exclusive interview to Fox News. The entire interview will be released at 6:00 EST with excerpts coming as soon as 2:00 this afternoon.
Hold up minute. How do know this? What is your source? Why do you believe this?
From everything I've read and heard, I find it hard to believe. For one thing every indication is that his heart condition and the accompanying medications would make alcohol a big no-no.
"Honestly, honey, I only had 2 beers."
Apparently.
Didn't you know? The MSM is the most important thing in the world. Or rather, they think they are.
And he held the famous "No controlling legal authority" one...........LOL.
The more they whine, the more like 3 year olds they look.
Shep is a weasly girly-man, but the absolute worst coverage yesterday came from Fox's "Dayside" when they had a Dr. London on. This woman knew that the Corpus Christi doctors had missed the birdshot lodged in Whittington's heart when he was admitted Saturday without ever laying eyes on the man. What a gifted long-distance diagnosis! I think she's a Dean Democrat that was hoping for the worst so they could prosecute the Vice-President for something. No one on CNN had such blatantly bad coverage and I wonder how Fox decided to put this doctor, captioned only as a "Family Physician", on the air.
I never had any doubt that the Vice President would take issue a statement or appear publically. In addition to explaining just how the incident occured, he's never tried to avoid responsibility.
And the incident has afforded the American people just one more episode in a loooooong line or heinous unfeeling behavior on the part of the press. Everybody, and I do mean everybody I talk to are thoroughly disgusted with the media.
"He should step down."

Oh, I assure you Shep has an agenda. He hates the Bush administration.
No doubt.
I would like to think there are many (people not press) that would see the humanity and understand.
The Vice President's ONLY role is take pressure off the Chief Exec. not to make life worse for him! Cheney has done more to harm this administration that most Democrats. Why he plays right into their hands is beyond me. He should step down.

As a side note, Mr. Gore was to speak in New York about global warming this week, but due to the cold weather and snow storm he had to cancel his appearance.
