Come on, Mojo! Quit slacking and participate, will ya? (Talk about a slacker!) Ahem! Now where were we? Oh Yeah!

This is a fun, friendly cooking contest open to anyone who would like to participate! There will be prizes! Imagine dat! First, second and third prizes, and honorable mention!

The prizes are cookbooks from Ms. B's extensive collection!

First prize: Patti Labelle's Lite Cuisine

Second prize: Greatest ever Thai Recipes

Third Prize: An appetite for Passion

Honorable mention: Pizza by James McNair

**  Winners will be announced two weeks from tonight! **  Entries can be main course, desserts, or side dishes! **  Please post your entries to this thread by midnight,        EST on Feb. 17, 2006. **  Make sure Ms.Behavin is in the "To" line of your post      to be considered for a prize!

Our panel of impartial (?) judges will have the final say!

I love cooking with wine! Sometimes I even put it in the food!

Disclaimer: Any kitchen disasters are the sole responsibility of recipe posters and participants! Keep a fire extinguisher handy! If you have dogs, you can get rid of disasters before your spouse gets home.. If the dog won't eat it, resort to shovels! Have fun!

Sergeant Keith F. Diehl, of Richmond Hill, Ga., an aerial observer with Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron 261 (Reinforced), keeps watch over the Euphrates River on a recent flight near Hit, Iraq. The squadron is the aviation combat element for the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit SOC (Special Operations Capable) which is conducting counterinsurgency operations with the 2nd Marine Division in Iraq’s Al Anbar province. Awesome MS.B! Love to share some recipes, and here's a favorite!

KING RANCH CASSEROLE

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 c. cooked chicken
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
12 corn tortillas, cut into sm. pieces
1 can chicken broth

Soak tortilla pieces in chicken broth. Combine mushroom soup, chicken soup, Rotel tomatoes, cooked chicken, onion and green pepper. In large baking dish layer soup mixture, tortillas, sour cream, and cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
