I don't remember any anti-war groups speaking out against the bombing, or perhaps I missed it. Was General Wesley Clark in charge of Nato then?

There were far left speaking out. I went to a couple rallies and talked to them, they were the free-mumia leftists. Tom Fleming (Chronicles Magazine) spoke at one of the rallies and got hissed for speaking from the right but a bit of tepid applause when he spoke against the administration and the bombing.

Clark was in charge of NATO at that point, took what was a viable peacekeeping organization and turned it into an aggressive special interest tool. The ironic effect was to diminish NATO's power and America's influence.

Try the Holocaust Museum site to discover the TRUTH about the holocaust in Yugoslavia.

I too am an old student of history. For whatever it is worth, everything you have posted so far is in total agreement with what I have learned over many years of study.

Found this about the murder of the founder of the Serb-Jewish friendship society. Thought you might find it interesting.

Milosevic Ally Found Killed

http://www.balkanpeace.org/hed/archive/may01/hed3273.shtml

BELGRADE, Yugoslavia (AP) --

An ally of former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic was found beaten to death in her Belgrade apartment, media reported Friday.

Initial police findings indicated that Klara Mandic, 57, the founder of the Milosevic-backed Society of Serb-Jewish Friendship, was killed during a robbery attempt and her apartment set on fire, the Politika daily reported.

Mandic was also close to Bosnian Serb wartime leader Radovan Karadzic. He and Milosevic are the Balkans´ two top war crimes suspects.

Police discovered Mandic´s body at her home in one of the capital´s suburbs late Thursday after neighbors reported gusts of smoke from the apartment.

There was no sign of a break-in, and police did not say whether any items were missing. They did not say why they thought it was a robbery attempt. Mandic was last seen grocery shopping Thursday evening.

Born to Jewish parents at a concentration camp in Italy in 1944 and later orphaned, Mandic was adopted in Belgrade by a Serb family. After a career as a dentist, she ventured into politics and became close to Karadzic and Milosevic.

Karadzic, a psychiatrist and aspiring poet, reportedly dedicated a poem to Mandic, which he often recited in public.

In 1990, Mandic helped found the Society of Serb-Jewish Friendship, though her role in it was viewed with suspicion by the local Jewish community. She also worked to help restore diplomatic relations between Yugoslavia and Israel, severed in late 1960s by the Communist regime of former Yugoslav dictator Josip Broz Tito.

With the fall of Karadzic, Mandic withdrew from politics but continued to champion Serb nationalist causes. Her murky political connections also tied her to Dafina Milanovic, operator of one of Serbia´s largest pyramid schemes.

They just need to go ahead and throw out the case against Milosevic and let him go, I think.

I thought that might be the case. I can't stomach that guy and wish Fox News would stop paying him to spew his BS.

That's what I was thinking... since there were none, it was approved by people like Soros.

Do you remember the news coverage of a refugee camp, that suddenly was empty. The news media showed the empty grounds - littered with baby diapers and etc. It was totally weird how these people seemed to have just vanished off the face of the earth.

Do you recall this incident at all??? I'll never forget wondering what happened to all those people. They were there and poof, within 24 hours or less, they were gone. We're talking of hundreds or thousands of people. It could be nothing, but the way it was covered, the implication was that they had just vanished???? I'm not sure who the refugees were or where they were fleeing from. I hope you remember the incident.

Serbia has seen a surge of anti-Semitism in recent years, fueled by nationalists who claim that all the republic's problems stem from the powerful Jews who allegedly support anti-Serb policies

Ethnic Serbs mainly resisted the Nazis during WW2, and protected the Jews from the Croatian Ushtashe and the Bosnian Hanzar (SS all-Muslim brigade). Liberals (including liberal Jews) today are very anti-Serb.

Not surprised by your report. I do not trust anything Clark would do. Thanks for your reply.

this whole Serb/Bosnia/Croat thing confuses the heck out of me.

Serbs = Orthodox Christian, resisted the Nazis during WW2. Liberals have turned against them.

Croatians = Roman Catholic, some supported the Nazis during WW2. Croatia today is strongly pro-Israel.

Bosnia = Muslims, supported the Nazis during WW2, are still Nazis today, liberals love them, Bill Clinton went to war with Serbia for them.

I am not sure that the truth is quite as simple as your explanation. There is plenty of evidence to suggest that there weren't any safe havens for Jews in the Balkans. As I do a bit more research, it becomes clearer that there were plenty of Jew-haters and Nazi sympathizers among the Christians of Serbia and Croatia. It looks like there still are too. Many Yiddin were sent to their doom by their countrymen in Serbia during WWII. Looks like, at least statistically, as much murder as any other place among the horrors of Hitler's (yimach sh'mo) war.

Thanks for the excellent link, Fred Nerks. Now I'm understanding why islam and nazism appeared to be the of the same spirit. I'm sure the MSM will never reveal the links between islam and nazism and Arafat.
