Part of the deal that guaranteed her lifestyle was that when Yassar died, she was only one of a few that actually got to see his medical report. The PLO didn't want the information that Yassar died of Aids to get out, so Suha cracked an agreement that she recieves a large sum of money each month for life from them. She also most likely had in her possession some of the swiss bank account numbers the PLO was using to steal the aid money being sent to the Palestinians that were in the billions.
