Here's another story of a female teacher sexually abusing a male student. As in most of the cases, the teacher says it's the students fault. At what age is our society going to consider a woman abusing a boy to be a serious crime, instead of just an enlightening experience? Society seems to have a serious double standard in the way the two sexes are treated when child molestations with the opposite sex occur. Why are women as evidenced by court sentences so much less accountable?

In a previous thread on FR, one poster said, "People such as this should get the death penalty." I wonder, "Does he still feel the same way when the perpetrator is a woman?"

I'm certainly not defending child molesters, and as far as I'm concerned I think we should throw the book at them. I'm just wondering why females are treated so much more lightly by our legal system, and even our discussions here at FR.

I'm a lifelong conservative, but I have to wonder, "Is there a gender bias, a gender hypocrisy at work in our legal system and in conservative circles?"

Yet another reason not to dump one's child into a kiddie kennel.

What in the name of all that is good does this woman think she is doing? I can do nothing but laugh. As I am typing this, other people in my office are asking me if I am OK.

HAHAHAHAHA

Ok, how about we lower the age of consent for boys to 13 and raise for girls to 18 but, only for hetero sex. Go out side the limits and get 15 yrs.

She's not stupid. She's mentally ill. She is not living in a rational universe. A psychosis?

With a very young child, I think people are basically baffled as to how to classify this. What was in it for her? A man can get quite a bit of satisfaction from the body of a young girl or boy (often severely injuring the child in the process). But I imagine we're all having trouble imagining, concretely speaking, exactly what went on here. I recall a case a few years ago where a nanny was caught on a hidden video camera placed by parents who were concerned about their toddler girl's recent change in behavior -- the nanny was forcing the girl to service her orally. But that wouldn't meet the technical definition of rape that is being charged in this case (actual penetration of the victim, with anything). I doubt we're ever going to hear the details, but whatever they are, this woman needs to be locked up for a long long time and closely supervised even if they let her out when she's 80. The main question is whether she needs to be locked up in a secure psych ward, or in a regular prison.

Each case should be judged seperately, women and men have perversions for different reasons. Obviously this women is mentally ill, therefore she should be put away for a long time. I do believe in mandatory minimum sentences for sexual predators. Society does have double standards, always has always will.

Amazing, isn't it. What I can't fathom is how, given that this woman is capable of making a statement as totally bizarre as that, no one had previously noticed that she was WAY off mentally. Apparently her neighbors, and parents of other children at the center, were utterly surprised.

Regular prison would be my first choice.

I'm not sure you're a religious person, but I know many on this site are. Can you back that up with bible passages, showing distinctions based on gender? I'm familiar with one verse often quoted by Christians.

Are our Judeo-Christian laws to be based on the belief that women are the "weaker vessel" (deserving of all kinds of special privileges), or does the U.S. Constitution's "equal protection," "equal justice," and "equal rights" mean equal regardless of gender?

It appears, under Democrat and Republican policies and laws, that women have special privileges and men special responsibilities in many areas. With over 270 taxpayer funded women's commissions in America (and one for men) it's a great time for the special interests of women, but a lousy time to be a man. There are also over 700 taxpayer funded women's studies programs (and none for men) promoting special interests, policies, and laws for women.

They are treated easier because males think the molested boys are lucky. Read the threads on FR.

Also, boys are abused in schools and discriminated against because their fathers don't pay attention, organize and raise he!!. Boys are on their own and in this society that has been cleansed, reeducated and reorganized by femenazis and like their fathers, they are taking it in the shorts - literally. The fathers don't seem to care and make like it is really cool.
