Kosovo is not Albania - at least not yet. If Albanians have their way, they expect it to be a part of Greater Albania eventually, along with parts of Macedonia, more of Serbia, parts of Montenegro, and Greece (Epirus & Yiannitsa).

Kosov is at the southern end of Serbia isn't. A Serb once told me that the way to look at this situation is as if Mexico wanted Texas back, that Kosov has long been a part of Serbia. Is this accurate?

In reality, no. We were told there were, but they weren't massive by anyone's standards save those of the limp wrists who run Europe and the States. Nothing to the level of what we have found in the Middle East or what happened to the Serbs in WWII.

I think that's just silly. Texas was never the Mexican homeland nor the center of its religious faith nor are Americans killing Mexicans and torching Roman Catholic churches from one end of the state to the other.
