Terminate, with extreme prejudice."

Are we going to wait till Iran triggers a nuclear bomb in the upper atmosphere and knocks out all our electronic capabilities from the emp blast? If we wait till then how are we going to respond? What will China and Russia do if we are crippled?

Maybe I didn't frame my question well enough.
The point this Serb was trying to convey was that immigrants from the south flowed into Kosov and after a large number had settled in Kosov the movement to separate from Serbia began. The violence against Christians is endemic of any area Muslims gain a majority, or near majority.

"Weren't there massive graves where the Serbs were conducting "ethnic cleansing"?" Kolokotronis is correct in that we never found the mass graves that were claimed in Kosovo.
We did, however, find them in Iraq but they were all full of Arabs.
"Kosov[o] is at the southern end of Serbia isn't. A Serb once told me that the way to look at this situation is as if Mexico wanted Texas back, that Kosov[o] has long been a part of Serbia. Is this accurate?"
I think that's just silly. Texas was never the Mexican homeland nor the center of its religious faith nor are Americans killing Mexicans and torching Roman Catholic churches from one end of the state to the other.
Actually, the parallel between Mexico claiming all of Aztlan as their own and what we see happening in Kosovo is a strong one. However, as Kolokotronis points out, the Mexicans would not have as strong a claim to Aztlan as the Serbs do to Kosovo.
The Serbs actually have a much strong claim to Kosovo than Americans do to most of these United States. What a can of worms Bill Clinton opened! I hope none of us live to see it fulfilled.

I think our claim to Texas, for example, is as strong. We won that territory in war. The question is do we have the will to keep it?
The same question applies to the religious persecution Christians face. Do we have the will to protect ourselves and defend our faith? So far the Muslims see a faith that won't fight back.

We don't have the will. We have become so politically correct we can't say anything that might be deemed offensive, let alone actually take action. So what do we do? I agree, PC is killing this country. We didn't lose militarily in Viet Nam, but we lost in the media. The fifth columnists in this country are sharpening the lessons learned in Viet Nam to undermine the US. If we expect to prevail, we need to address the enemy within and free our hands to do what is needed to defeat the islomofasciests on their term. Pulling our punches just emboldens them.

Kosovo is an example of majority rule. Isn't that the core value of hte "war on terror"....or so the neocons and the Bush administration tell us?

"East Timor remained largely unreported throughout the 80's and most of
the 90's. A Christian land ravaged by Muslims - nobody cared.
Yes indeed.
That's one reason that anytime I see a news report about some group of
"insurgents" or "freedom fighter"...
and there is no clear explanation of what they are fighting for...
it's just about an iron-clad lock that it's Islamics doing what Islamics do.
Ivory Coast was an example...a series of a 2 or 3 paragraph reports
about "rebels" fighting the government until the reporters slipped
up and mention that, oh, by the way, those guys are Muslims.

No, it is wrong analogy, because Kosovo was never part of Albania. Albanians settled in Kosovo for the first time in late 1600s, when Kosovo was under Ottoman occupation.
Better analogy would be if Cubans who reside in Miami, both American citizens and illegals wanted to secede Florida and expell all English speaking Americans out with the help of China and some Chinese-led military alliance.

When I talk with young people who were not alive then they just don't believe me when I tell them this. The lefties have done such a good job of telling their lies over and over nobody believes the truth.

But How?
I'm not a defeatist. I want to look at the political landscape and see how it can be turned to win this fight. I don't see any will on the part of the GOP and you know the RATS could care less if we win or lose.

But How? Well, the investigation into national security leaks may be a good start. I agree, though, the 'pubies have been dissapointing in addressing seditious behavior of some in this country, especially remarks spewed from the halls of Congress.

Just goes to show how wrong we can be to ignore the forces of history. We look now and see that Bosnia and Kosov were new battle lines in the war on Christianity, freedom and modernity being waged by Islam.
