Steven Seagal Bringing Back Under Siege 3 (Vanity-Seagal To Take On Muslim Terrorists)
IMDB ^ | 3-9-2006 | my favorite headache

OK...OK...Steven Seagal has made a boat load of $5.95 Wal Mart straight to DVD movies over the last 3 years...but Seagal is making a movie for release in January that is raising some eyebrows in Hollywood on the scenario that might just make the now B-Movie star back to A-list as Red State Americans search for a new hero ala John Rambo.

Under Siege 3:Terror Flies High

Plot Outline: Casey Ryback is sent on a mission to take out Muslim terrorists who have taken over a flight from Israel to USA.

I loved all of Seagal's older flicks like "Out For Justice", "Marked For Death","Above The Law", "Hard To Kill", and "Under Siege"...he really nose dived during the late 90s and 2000s he made one decent film...the guy can still fight like nobody's business and I for one am looking forward to this film...we could use an American hero on film these days.

Unlike Stallone's decision to do Rambo 4 against neo-nazi's picking on Indians.

If it really IS non-PC nothing would please me more than to see the Left go into fits of rage over an assault on the Religion Of Peace. TM

You mean Seagal has given up on lame scripts written by enviro-whackos?

Evidently, it's time to make a film that will appeal to a broad, America loving audience, and to replenish the "ole" bank account.

Should be interesting to say the least...every time Hollywood gets their hands in the mix they screw it up. Seagal is Producer of this and from what I hear it has a very strong plot that will shake nerves...if there are people who have not seen Under Siege 1 or 2...you have to remember he is not a lowly lowly cook...but a NAVY SEAL...this should be sweet.

Ever since he lost "The Women in Red" for the knocked up nanny, I have written him off.

His latest movie is awful. I just rented it and could only watch the first half hour of it. One of the worst movies I have ever seen. That and Terminator 3.

Any guy that beats up his wife will never be a hero of mine. His popularity dove when the fact that he was smacking around his wife (Kelly LaBrock) hit the news. He's a fat pig and couldn't lift his leg high enough to pee on a fire hydrant.

Any film out of Hollywood that has conservative messages or values will be films that are not political in nature, and where the underlining message is open to interpretation, like Forrest Gump and Lord of the Rings. And its probably a safe bet that the filmmakers of such 'conservative' films never intended any such undertones, and would be horrified to think that their films were seen that way.

So if this movie in question really is non-PC on such a politically-charged topic, then a B-level production with a now C-level star is about as much as can be expected.

Early movies, great. Later movies, ehh... not so great. I hope the script IS solid and provides some good entertainment. Better not have any cartoons in it or the Muslims will REALLY get pissed.

BTW, ever notice he runs like a girl?

If he was coming after me to kick my @ss, I know I'd run like a girl.

Well, I used to enjoy his films until they became political in nature and influenced by the envirowacos.........

I'll wait till it comes out on DVD then make my decision based on the reviews by fellow FReepers.......

LMAO..that reminds me of that line in Out For Justice when one of the Mafia says to Seagal as he walks into a restaurant..."Gino...I see you still comb your hair like a girl"

The line didn't work because the guy saying it...HAD THE SAME HAIR CUT...SLICK BACK INTO A PONY TAIL!!!!!!! LMAO

Seagal always runs like he is slapping someone although the person could be 50 yrds ahead of him....hilarious.

He's a little overweight to be fighting muslims. Maybe he'll throw bacon at them.

I loved "Executive Decision". I thought it was a fantastic action/adventure movie.

I was really surprised to see Seagal die so early in the movie though.
