Your comment demontrates a total hypocrisy and ignorance not to mention a sick and twisted mind. What does that have to do with Croats or Serbs or moslems or communists? Can a person be simultaneously hypocritical and ignorant? Is this the kind of thinking commonly done in that region?

Where did he hear that crap? John Kerry and some others circulated such stories, they are for the most part told by men who were no where near the fighting. The U.S. went out of its way to prevent civilian casualties in Vietnam and, in fact, took unneccessay casualties to prevent harm to civilians. Please get your facts straight before you circulate discredited stories about such atrocities there.
There were atrocities against civilians in Vietnam and the preps were for the most part punished. Just ask Lt. Calley.

Unfortunately, during WWII Catholic Croats and Muslims (under Nazi auspices) operated concentration camps in the Balkans where over one million Serbs, Gypsies, and Jews were killed. This is an undeniable fact. Jews were not the only victims of the Holocaust and Germans were by no means its only perpetrators

The Death Camps in Rumania, Bulgaria, and the former Yugoslavia operated by locals killed hundreds of thousands but get hardly any press. The story of these camps has yet to be told by our lamestream press. They will not tell this story any time too soon, either, since it would surely tarnish those who they have presently anointed the victims in the Balkans.

>>>>>>I might be more sympathetic if I had not seen film of laughing, drunk Serb soldiers mowing down terrified Bosnian teenagers in Srebrenica. That was 1995, well before the Bosnian Muslims got "politicized."<<<<<<
"I have seen a film depicting arrogant, laughing Caucasian LA cop sexually harrasing terrified upscale Afican-American couple and his partner subsequently murdering African-American teen. That was 2005."
The following claim is factually correct. It could be a reson for condemantion of the entire LAPD, Californians and Americans as a whole if it were not my account of the Academy-Award winning film "CRASH."
The film you refer to was aired on all tv channels last summer, but it was never authenticated by the forensic expert, nor it was admitted as material evidence in the ICTY genocide trial. Can you guess why? I'll let you guess three times...

Show me some statistics that demonstrate that the Bosnian Muslims killed more Serbs than the Catholic Croats did or shut up.

Yes, the truth has set me free because your link confirmed what I've been saying. From your link: the Croats established a Nazi puppet state, declared war on the western allies and SLAUGHTERED approximately 860,000 SERBS, Jews and Gypsies. Thanks for proving my point, sweetheart.

Calling out Serb atrocities doesn't mean I'm pro-Muslim. Like I said in the original post - there are no clean hands in the Balkans.
I'm a Christian. I also believe we're fighting the good fight in Iraq. And we're doing it without mowing down civilians.
To: joan
Seen this one before also. Like I said in the original post, there are no clean hands in the Balkans. I'm just pointing out that I'm not ready to whitewash the Serbs simply because they're fighting the same enemies we are. By that logic, we should all still be in love with Stalin.
To: Lejes Rimul
You gotta keep reading silly. Historical objectivity requires a fuller reading than just the first paragraph. what are you - some freshman remedial ed type?

No need to get defensive. But facts are facts: Christian Serbs suffered and died in far greater numbers at the hands of Bosnian Muslims than vice versa.
Bear that in mind when making outlandish statements like the other dumbo posting here: the game boy Lejes.

I remember reading about that. I also remember reading that when the first Afghan veterans showed up to help the Bosnians in the mid-90's they were apalled because the Bosnian Muslims were a pretty unreligious lot - drinking, intermarrying, etc. I think the Bosnians got Islamicized pretty quickly and now are a danger, as pointed out by the number of Al Qaeda busts that have happened there in the past few years.
My point wasn't that the Bosnian Muslims were wearing the white hats. It was that there were no good guys in the Balkan wars - lots of atrocities all around. I'm not prepared to give the Serbs a pass simply because we're fighting the same enemy. The US has managed to fight a generally decent war in Iraq and Afghanistan - the Serbs didn't fight a decent one in the Balkans.

As I've said in earlier posts, pointing out Serb atrocities doesn't mean I'm pro-Muslim. I stick to my original point - there were no good guys in the Balkan wars of the 90's.
To: happyathome
For all we know, they might've been combatants - like the ones in
Rachak, Kosovo & Metohia, who were portrayed as innocent civilians by the MSM.
Since the tape has already been whored as the "proof" that the Serbs did commit "genocide" in Srebrenitsa, we might never know the truth.

I read the whole thing. Mind pointing out to me exactly where it claims that the Bosnians killed more than approximately 860,000 SERBS, Jews and Gypsies? That is, unless you're some kind of freshman remedial ed type, too.

Well in the film I saw the people being shot weren't armed, weren't in uniform, didn't look like they'd been in combat, and didn't even look old enough to have been in combat. They were just scared kids.
It was a brutal war. Both sides did stuff to be ashamed of. I feel sorry for populations that are so consumed with fear or hate that they can justify atrocities like that.
To: happyathome
Nobody's justifying any atrocities. I am questioning the motives behind the propaganda campaign that attempts to link the execution of the six men to the "genocide" in Srebrenitsa.
All I am saying is, after 13 years of lies and propaganda against the Serbs, I am very skeptical. I question everything I read.
