WorldNetDaily online and Time online

Who is tampering with the FAA witnessess in the Zacarias Mousaoui trial, and why?

"A third federal aviation-security agent, one still with the government, has stepped forward to say he also warned Massachusetts Sen. John Kerry about security lapses at Boston's Logan International Airport before the 9-11 hijackings there."

"Sullivan says he had a copy of the undercover videotape hand-delivered to Kerry's office."

"It turns out the person who delivered it was a senior FAA agent in Washington who's now with the Transportation Security Administration."

SO why didn't John Kerry stop this himself? He has the capacity. After all, he served in VietNam.

"[Carla] Martin developed a reputation for tenaciousness .........."

Tenaciousness or just bullheaded stupidity?

She won't be a lawyer much longer and she will be lucky if she isn't indicted.

That may be the case. May be. In a drug trial several years ago the prosecution team coached witnesses in perjury, hid evidence and committed other misconduct which came out years later. They ended up as federal judges, high level justice department employees and other promotions to government positions. When the facts came out about what happened it got quickly swept under the rug. Brief news stories which soon died.

I wish we could make a bet on that, I would pay 5 to 1 she will still be lawyering right where she is now for as long as she wishes to stay.

I could be wrong, but she works for the Government, She is a woman, no one has the guts to try to fire her.

Air America commentators and the lefttist blogs are linking a 9/11 victim's family suit against the airlines and the TSA attorney efforts to fill in witnesses of what was said in seperate testimony.

In other words, they are saying that administation TSA executives have directed low level attorneys to make sure that the Criminal trial of this scum bag doesn't have testimny in it that will hurt the spin of the airlines lawyers as to avoidance of more claims by victim families.

Of course, these same "crusaders for truth" never bring up the Al Gore commission's ham-stringing greater security measures in the two years prior to 9/11 or the fact that Tom Daschile's wife was the airline industry's biggest lobbyist trying to keep costs down.

However, if there is a link from the TSA attorney to the United and American Airlines attorney, it should be spoken of honestly and get the full light of day.
