ROME (AFP) - The World Cup in Germany is set to become a battleground between facists and Muslims, an Italian member of a new European neo-Nazi movement warned.
In a statement published by Italian daily Repubblica, the memeber of AS Roma's notorious ultras hooligan group claims neo-Nazis across Europe met in Braunau in Austria to plan attacks against supporters from Islamic countries during the World Cup in Germany from June 9 to July 9.
"We are united. For the first time we are talking and planning together, with the English, the Germans, the Dutch, the Spanish, everyone with the same objective. At the World Cup there will be a massacre," said the Italian ultra.
"We will all be in Germany and there will be Turks, Algerians and Tunisians. The Turks, we can't stand them. In our country (Italy) there are not many, but in Germany, there are many of those guys there. They are Islamic terrorists.
"We will attack them. They are all enemies that need to be eliminated, just like the police. If we make the Roman greeting (the fascist salute) they put us in prison. We will be tens of thousands. Nothing but the English are feared."

I guess this would qualify as "red on red friendly fire".
I'll be rooting for both sides.

Considering the fact that neonazis often fantasize that they're some kind of elite commandos, maybe we should get some planes and airdrop them into Syria, pakistan, and Iran. (yep, it's sarcasm)

That line jumped out at me as well. I'm guessing it means that the neo-Nazis don't fear any soccer fans except the English hooligans.

There was a shoot-out between Communist union organizers, Nazis and Klansmen in Greensboro, NC, back in 1979, and many of the locals still wish all involved had had better aim.

Europe either finds its fascist genes or succumbs to islam. There is no avoiding a blood bath on that continent. It will happen soon or it will happen later but it will happen. IMO, better now while the semi-civilized still have a chance over the un-civilized.
What would you rather see in thirty years, a fascist Europe or an islamo-fascist Eurabia?

Considering that Islamists and Nazis both yearn for and actively encourage the same thing- the extermination of Jews- I don't understand what's to be gained by them fighting each other.
It makes more sense- for lack of a better word- for the groups to cooperate in that regard.
But hey, if they want to off each other that's fine.

They are being rather ignorant of history, aren't they? There were more than a few imams who actively supported Nazi Germany.

Like it or not, history proves that this is the answer that comes when one side pushes and the other side (Europe) keeps backing up. Eventually, bad men rise up and push back.
But let's face it, if they really have met and planned, they sure as heck wouldn't be broadcasting their plans.
Sounds like puffing to me.

There is a sizable number of Turkish terrorist sympathizers in Germany. That is a fact.
Most Turks don't buy into it - but there is a an organized group in Germany who do.

Definately not. Nazis hate anyone that isnt like them, including Catholics, blacks, Jews (obviously) as well as Middle Eastern peoples.

So you must believe that the Axis and Allied powers in World War II were equal? After all, they both used similar tactics (strategic bombers, etc). True, the Germans had Dachau, but we had Hiroshima.
The fact of the matter is that unlike many moderns wish to believe, war is not diplomacy by other methods. War is a suspension of the rules that happens when diplomacy fails and is all about survival and doing unto others before they do unto you. That is why it is so bad and is to be avoided.
In times of war, it is the motivations of the two sides, not the tactics, that are to be judged. With that in mind, let them kill each other.

And there were Muslim units in the SS, manned by soldiers recruited in the Balkans, and which operated there. I don't believe they made much of a contribution on the battlefield, but did exist- if briefly.
Of course, the notion of non-Aryan untermenschen fighting under the banner of the racially superior SS flew in the face of established Nazi dogma, but hey...
