Americans waking up this morning are finding their flag poles with Mexican national flags replacing the stars and strips
The Stars and Stripes have been replaced by the Mexican flag at Chasewood North, and residents of the condominium community off Central Boulevard are puzzled as to who made the switch.
"I woke up Sunday morning and looked up from my patio and then realized that the American flag wasn't on the flagpole," said Sue Miller a Chasewood North board member. "What captured my attention were the colors — at first I thought it was an Italian flag, but one of our residents said it was the Mexican flag.
It may be several weeks before the Stars and Stripes once again fly over Chasewood North, according to Miller, who at one time was the resident manager of the complex. "We tried to get the flag down but couldn't, so we need to hire a company with a boom truck to get up there and replace the rope and put up the American flag," she said. "I would guesstimate that this would cost $500 or more to do."

2 (insert your favorite ethnic word here) were standing around a flag pole. A blonde female engineer comes by and asks what they were doing.
One of the (insert your favorite ethnic word here)said "the boss wants us to measure the height of this flagpole, but we don't have a ladder tall enough."
The blonde engineer whips out a wrench, unbolts the flag pole, lowers it to the ground, whips out a measuring tape, and announces "18 feet, 6 inches". She puts away her tools and leaves.
One of the (insert your favorite ethnic word here) says to the other "Isn't that just like a blonde, we ask for height, she gives us length".
BTW my favorite ethnic word is "redneck".

I can think of lots of things to do with the flag . . . but how could one do such things to maximum effect?
How could we or anyone register such outrage that the Aztlan idiots would realize they'd stirred up a very fierce hornet's nest?

I can think of several forms and substances the Mexican consulate ought to get umpteen of their flags returned in/with. But I don't know which of them would be legal to actually do. Wouldn't want to stoop to some things more of their ilk and level . . . though some object lessons of how low they are might be fitting.

They want American benefits, material and otherwise, with Mexican identity/flag. If the Tooth Fairy waved her magic wand and overnight Aztlan came into being...Gringos gone, Mexicans in charge of the Southwest, (which never was Mexico), how long before they'd start complaining that they don't know how to run/make/do/repair anything? And demanding that the US do it all....and pay reparations, to boot.
They don't get it. They came, illegally, to the US for the American dream, not the Mexican nightmare...but now they want the Mexican nightmare all over the place. Out of their minds.

IMO, the hispanics made a huge mess that they will live to regret. Their demonstrations this week and continued activism are doing nothing but uniting Americans against their cause.
In conjunction, the immigration bill before the Senate flies in the face of the demands of American voters who are mostly opposed to amnesty plans, guest worker plans, and the continuation of our "open" border policy. That the marriage made in h*ll of Kennedy and McCain sponsored this POC bill is not a surprise but, the fact that Washington pols are deaf to the demands of the majority of Americans, is stunning.
The division this issue is creating and Fox's undue influence on his sock puppet, GW Bush, has consequences the likes of which we have yet to begin to discover. This situation is going to get very much worse before it begins getting better.
On the positive front, however, it (hopefully) will bring to an end the political careers of both Kennedy and McCain. McCain's dream of being "Mr. President" will be relegated to nothing more than a pipe dream. His assault on our First Amendment rights and now his backdoor deal with Kennedy to legalize the illegals here should be the career-killers they deserve to be. McCain is presidential material only in Venzuela and Zimbabwe - and, maybe, in some country whose name ends in "stan".
The time has come to close our borders, enforce our laws, round up the illegals and send them home, and round up the employers who knowingly hire them and put them in jail after taking their businesses from them. The socialists in Washington may think that the US will be Balkanized, but I think we have a whole new message for them - and they better start "getting it" soon.

I have come to believe that term limits are essential. AND, that lawyers must be limited to 15% of their proportion of the population in all elected bodies.
AND that judges must be common people with a reputation for humility, hard work, balance, practicality, discernment, wisdom, fairness and integrity. And they should be reviewed periodically by similar common people to see if they have changed in character or practices.
Alas . . . won't be . . . unless and until after the end times Armageddon stuff.

At my husband's former job a few years ago, a Mexican co-worker boasted to him that the LATINOS were taking over. He was really proud of this fact. My husband calmly said to him, "well who's going to pay all the welfare when that happens". He was mad but it shut him up.
