"Woof" is used in broadcasting to say "stop," "that's enough" or to mark a specific point in time -- which is what is done in this case. "Tony's show starts in 3 minutes: WOOF!" Means in 3 minutes from-- NOW!

I SOOOOOO ENJOYED IT! He was VERY VERY FUNNY!
I really do try to keep myself from over reacting, and I know that those flying the Mexican flag at the recent protests were perhaps in the minority. However, I do worry that we don't take seriously enough that fact that there are many who would like to "take back America" from the "Europeans". We don't need to sound the panic alarms, but perhaps we should be acknowledging that it is valid to be concerned about this group, and it is part of the mix on getting a handle on the illegals situation.
So what's your idea? Anyone can bash.

And English only on automated call lines. Or, at least English without having to press 1. I had to call VISA to activate my new debit card, and the first thing I hear is "Press 1 for English." I don't know about anyone else, but it aggravates me to have to press 1 to have the message in English.

Vermont is an interesting example of what can happen when people just sit back and do nothing. It used to be a very common sense, independent fairly conservative state. Then the left literally targeted it because it appeared to be a state that could be taken over. So Vermonters just sat back and decided to let the "flatlanders" get on the local boards (select, school, zoning, etc.) Slowly, over a period of about 25 years, they completely took over this state. It's the perfect blueprint for what may happen to the rest of the country.
BTW, there was once an article about how the left decided to pick Vermont and what they planned to do. I found it once and have never been able to find it again. If anyone out there who is a great "searcher" can find it please let me know.
